Watched the video a second time and she is REALLY SMART. I need to look her up and find more information on her. She did a great job. I guess that's what spending all that time in college and getting a PHD is all about.

Sorry, right out of the gate I found what she said about seed oils absolutely unbelievable. She should of shared her source of this favorable research - may guess it was done by that industry itself. She sounded like those paid for dieticians we know have become food industry's advocates.

Agreed. The strong evidence is that vegetable seed oils drive CVD: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6196963/

What about the higher processing with chemicals and high heat processing and that causes seed oils to not be shelf stable and that all causing greater oxidation of the oils before it gets to you and while it is with you causing oxidation & inflammation in you when you ingest it. I’m sorry but I think she is absolutely wrong. Who paid for the studies she vaguely makes reference to? Hmm?

From all I've seen and heard from her, I do not believe she is pushing her views and position on others. She's providing well-researched information for each person to choose how they will apply it to their life. I choose not to eat seed oils, but I still appreciate so much of what she shares. Give her a chance. There will always be something we disagree with in any person.
