Chodang corn(Sweet corn) 130g
180g milk
1g salt
36g egg yolk
40g sugar
2g vanilla bean paste (or extract)
10g Corn starch (not corn flour, potato starch x
)
20 g butter
✔ Corn Cream
170g Heavy cream
7g sugar
190~200g Corn paste
✔ I grinded the corn a little rough, so there was a loss. If the amount of paste comes out more than mine, I think you can add a little more than 30g per bottle!
✔ Cake sheet It is recommended to make it the day before, seal it and store it at room temperature.
✔ It's even more delicious if you eat it refrigerated for a day!
