And it's a huge banger too! The two tracks I gave Therewolf were blended together masterfully and it truly sounds like a track that could come out of either of their OSTs! Amazing work and I can’t wait to commission my next track soon! Thanks again to Therewolf for this amazing song, and I hope ya'll love it as much as I do!
HatKid Vrs. Blinx analisys: -Hat Kid has better par-core skills than Blinx. -Blinx has FastForwards, pauses, and records, while HatKid does not. -HatKid has a grappling hook, dweller mask, ice hat, and sprint hat, while Blinx does not. -Both have slows and rewinds. (time peices and time hat.) -Blinx has a vacume gun and bombs. HatKid has the projectile badge and brewing hat. -Both have technicly defeated other time manipulators; however Blinx soloed the time gollem; where as HatKid had help, and Mustach Girl didn't really use her time powers in the fight.
I must tip my hat off in apology, this time around even after sweeping through my head for ideas, I've failed to find a single introductory line about this track. Won't stop me from reviewing the song however. Especially since it's quite interesting that this is the second track in a row featuring a returning character. Altho I'll admit that, unlike Rimuru, I don't care too much about a Hat in Time, straight up don't know about the other franchise and let along the matchup itself. So I wasn't as excited for this as I was for the last release. But does that mean the song is bad ? Well no, it doesn't. Even if it does mean I enjoy it less due to sheer character bias, it doesn't mean that it's bad at all. Sure overall I concede that the song is one I don't find groundbreaking but it's nice nonetheless. It has this fittingly fast and lighthearted atmosphere that fits at least one of the characters and it definitely sounds like a video game theme due to how repetitive, in a good way, it is. This does however mean that there aren't many moments that stick out, that's true. But the general tone of the song fitting the atmosphere of the characters is something just as good, gives personality to the track that may not have been present otherwise. And besides, there's still a small segment that I wish to note nonetheless. That being the ending at 2:57-3:17 which sounds notably different and more unique than the rest of the track. It's a short-ish segment but it stands out nicely IMO by both sounding good and unique as said before and also making a nice build up for the ending notes (which I'll note (please laugh) are also the same as the opening ones which fits that "video game battle track" theme even more). Just a nice segment all around. Overall this track is sadly one that I don't have too much connection to due to my lack of interest in either characters or franchises. However it doesn't stop me from enjoy it for what it is: a nice and catchy video game battle-like track that fits the tone of the matchup. It's not made for me but I'm sure anyone that does have a connection to either character will love it. Great work with this.

A Hat in Time is based on late 90s/early 2000s platformers while Blinx is directly from that era. - Both are part of groups which are almost entirely comprised of cats (The Timesweepers and the Nyakuza). - They're both able to manipulate time in various ways using certain items (The Time Sweeper and Hat Kid's Hats) - They both start their adventures to save something important to them (the Princess and the Time Pieces) and embark on an epic journey to explore, liberate and save a completely foreign world, which share a lot of similar locations. - Both of them start their adventures due to the interference of a gang comprised of complete idiots, which are caricaturs of real gangs (The Tom Tom Gang, who are stereotypes of Biker Gangs / and the Mafia, who are stereotypes of russians and real Mafias.) - They both collect artifacts during their games that are linked to time itself in some way (The Time Crystals and The Time Pieces) A large number of these items are stolen by the villainous gangs which caused Blinx and Hat Kid to start their adventure in the first place. - Both use unconventional weapons, mainly ones that would be seen as everyday household items. (The Time Sweeper, which acts like a Vaccuum Cleaner, and Hat Kid's Umbrella, which is an umbrella.) - Both of them reside in a large mechanical location, which is the base of opperation for them and their allies (The Time Factory and Hat Kid's Space Ship). - Speaking of allies, both have a lot. Including other playable characters who share the same moveset as them. (The protagonist of Blinx 2 and Bow Kid). - Their final bosses are beings powered by their respective collectables (The Chronohorn and Mustache Girl EX) who they fight against in an arena in outer space (Momentopolis and Mustache Girl EX's arena). - Both meet a friendly female shop keeper in every area of the planet, who sells them upgrades. (Catherine and Badge Seller) - They've both also been friendly with some members of their enemy gangs. (Blinx and the other Sweepers teamed up with the Tom Toms in Blinx 2, Hat Kid is generally friendly with ones that don't attack her.) - Both their endings have them reluctantly leave the planet they travelled on, although they were sad about having to leave the friends they made behind, they were optimistic for their future adventures. They were also seen has heroes by their peers (Blinx was celebrated when he returned to the Time Factory, Hat Kid was thanked by everyone for defeating Mustache Girl and the Mafia.) - Lastly, while Blinx is directly based on and designed by the same person as Sonic, Hat Kid is directly based on and designed after Mario. It's also a failed AAA Xbox mascot vs a successful Indie Mascot. Also old vs new.
I'm trying to think of crossovers senerios. Maybe Blinx and HatKid need to stop a gang war between the TomToms, Nyazaki, or they fight time monster acidently crated by Mustache Girl.
