She is literally the opposite of all those things. She tries too hard to sound intelligent and it makes her sound dumb...which she probably is. Her company is the work of hundreds of people trying to fix her mess which was unprofitable until other people fixed it for her. They've poured hundreds of millions of dollars into it to make it profitable and why? She's also a HORRIBLE actress. She deserves the hate more than anyone.
Agreed - I think she's really interesting and her interviewing technique on her podcast is engaging - her guests are interesting and her questions to them are very insightful.
