The D-Max top of the line is very expensive in Australia 😱 When I converted in our local money, it means you're paying it almost 10k AUD more than us 😅
When I first saw this version of the d'max on some thai auto youtubers back in 2022 at first glance, I knew it looks way better than the first iteration since this gen came out.
It’s a long wait to get your hands on one, but I pick mine up next week. What was good is that I ordered a MY22 back in January and I’m getting the upgraded MY23 at no additional cost.
Im in south africa and have bought one, here they call this the vcross, I love this car, do have a very good pull away as well, one thing I hate is the unlock botten doesn't have a light so in the dark you have to feel for it so dum for 2022

I want one that doesnt need to have off road capabilities. Occasionally towing a trailer with garden waste or light building materials is fine but it must drive like a very comfortable SUV. Ideas?
Test drive a Mazda BT-50 XTR 4x2. I have one and I find it more comfortable than the X-Terrain that I test drove. Basically same car with some interior changes and the fabric seats in XTR are so much better than leather in hot weather.
I have owned the 2023 dmax for 9 months. Don’t believe reviewers hype. This is a good car and I don’t regret the purchase. However the software package is second rate. Let me give you some examples, If your tyre pressure is below the minimum, aprox 30 psi the dash wont show anything but a tyre pressure warning until you increase the pressure to its set level, not practical for the beach. The cruise control is lousy, too slow to react which means it over and under shoots set speed by way too much. Auto high beam blinds drivers coming in other direction as it reacts to slowly and often doesn’t turn back to high beam once oncoming car has passed. Auto wipers over react in daylight and under react at night. The front facing cameras stop working in the rain, sometimes when not much rain and I can see a kilometre into the distance.
Australia is the big country, long distance adventure using diesel engine is the best choice hard core and heavy duty ,my Utes choice is Mitsubishi Triton king of highway and xterrain
@@Six6hix normal recommended retail on these are around 74k. They have kept the x-terrain at the lower price. In fact it is selling at just above or equal to the model below it due to wait times.

Great design for a powerful car, and definitely great presentation of the video! I love everything about Isuzu DMax and how Richard presents it.

I hope it is the renewed model
I love your presentation. We are enjoying from Japan.
Much more attractive wheel design. Still fighting an uphill battle against the Ranger.
I love my new Isuzu dmax
That ending. Yep that's me with utes too. Or any car on the road really. 😅😅

One day I’m gonna have it.

If I had the money, I'd buy a young D-Max where I live!
