My current TBR pile is out of control. So I’m on a NoBUY for books first quarter of 2023. I’ll read books from my TBR bookcase and start with ones I know I won’t keep after I read them. That way I can purge them from my home and allow someone else to enjoy their experiences. It’s hard work managing home libraries!!! 📚📚📚

soooo excited for your thoughts on The Serpent and the Wings of Night as well as Daughter of No Worlds! Carissa’s books are truly the only other Fantasy Romance I’ve read that are comparable to SJM! 🥰
I think the Traveling Cat Chronicles is really touching but also super sad! I haven't read it yet but I know some people who have and they sobbed lol.
Omg I have ‘Romanov’ by Nadine Brandes (an Anastasia + Romanov family retelling) and I was totally unaware that she had another book!

I really enjoyed Wotakoi. Very cute and wholesome. There are a lot of jokes regarding various manga series, games and anime. They do explain things at the back of the volume if you don't get the reference. (I didn't know many of them.) There is also an anime and a live action series for the manga.
❤ I wrote down quiet a few books and have added them to my TBR which is already huge but i am so excited to expand my reading genre.

I went straight to waterstones and ordered the Gleam series in the signed hardback while watching this. Can't wait for their arrival. Also preordered the Gold book. Love seeing your hauls I always end up adding them all to my wishlists.

I loved King of Battle and Blood. And yes there was smut but there definitely was a lot of plot too. At least I thought so. 🤷🏾♀️

I honestly puled out a sheet a paper, just so I write down some of the books you hauled! I'm very interested in A Kingdom of Stars and Shadows, The Charmed List, The Serpent and the Wings of NIght and Bride of the Winter King. I did see the anime for Wotokoi and it was really funny and really cute, highly reconmend the anime for that (have not read the manga for that one, sadly) and I'm thinking about getting Gothikana next year. 🖤

I'm currently on book 4 in the plated prisoner series and omg they are so good !! Love them. The first book is not the greatest but for sure 2-4 are awesome.
