We eat Just egg every weekend and we add seasonings to it. We’ve tried the liquid and the frozen ones. We really like it since we gave up eggs. Now we will try it as an omelette. Thanks for your review of Just egg! 🙌🏻

I bet you felt good when you found out they tested the product on animals.........ps they are in a lawsuit atm for feeding cheese to vegans while doing a taste test

Great demonstration between the two! I've been using just egg for about 3 years now and absolutely love it! I've made frittatas, omelets, quiches, scrambles, French toast, cakes, and more with it.

Surely the real deal would be more healthy…

I think it depends on how you define “healthy.” Some eaters might prefer less cholesterol or plant-based protein vs that of eggs from chickens. In the end with something like this, each individual needs to weigh which dietary components work best for them. Thanks for watching and happy cooking 👍

This looks very interesting. It might be cheaper to use this product when baking, but as you pointed out, I would not be able to have hard boiled eggs or deviled eggs, or shirred eggs, etc. I believe real eggs will last longer, but on the other hand, it might be nice to keepJustEggs on hand for baking.

I'll be interested to know how you like the flavor. I think it might bring a nice nuttiness to baked goods. Cheers!

I really like Just Eggs too. Sometimes I use kala nakak (black salt) on my scrambled Just Eggs to give it an extra eggy flavor.

I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian but went vegan for Black History Month. I have been eating the Just Eggs and they are really good. I usually scramble them but even used them to make some delicious vegan corn bread. They are a decent substitute for Eggs in baked goods. I am going to use them to make a vegan cake next! I love cheese so don't know if I will stay vegan (truth be told, vegan cheese sucks compared to real cheese) but Just Eggs definitely made me not miss Eggs as much.

Good to hear! These are the first such egg substitute that I’ve tried, and it was a welcome surprise they are so good. Out of curiosity I picked up some vegan cheese a while back and agree: it was nothing like the real stuff. Cheers!

I'm cringing at the artificial eggs. The biggest issue is that its so processed. It takes far more resources to produce just eggs than a chicken farm. I'm willing to bet that a corporate factory farm is behind just eggs. That in itself is an ecological disaster. I can see artificial eggs for those with allergies.
I am on a whole food diet. Food should be close to its natural state. The artificial eggs does rob folks of essential vitamins and minerals. Too many vegans and vegetarians are suffering from major anaemia. They refuse to admit that their diet isn't working for them.
I buy free range eggs from the lady down the street. The egg price gouging wasn't too bad in Eastern WA state. I find free range to have more flavor too.

If you are vegan and pay attention to the foods you eat there is no way to become anemic,I think you have listening to some bs information.

    • @SpartanV41

Stop spreading false information. Nothing you've stated can be back up, and no... Many people don't eat eggs and they're not lacking in essential nutrients. Just stop.

Stop fear mongering. Nothing you've stated can be proven, just because you're not educated on nutrition and farming, doesn't mean you can just spread false information.
