For me, these challenges scream AGATHA CHRISTIE, since 1- She's one of my favorite authors 2- All of her books are older than me & 3- Several of her Poirot novels have been turned into miniseries episodes (all movie-length). Plus, several of her books have yellow on the cover and I could read them after sunset. So technically, her books could count for all but 1 of these challenges for me hahaha
This will be the perfect excuse to read all 6 Scott Pilgrim books & watch the movie in 1 week! Assuming comic books count that is. They have yellow on the cover, a movie adaptation and are by one of my favourite authors, would be easy to read in one evening, and I'll only have to read 1 more book after them to reach 7 books. That book might be Catcher in the Rye, which I was persuaded to read through booktube & is older than me. Woo, it's gonna be great!

I'm going to read a book only on my lunch break when I am at work and only between 12-2 when I am not at work as an alternative to the challenge! Happy reading :)

This is perfect timing I took this week off from work so I can definitely get a lot read. Also Kurt Vonnegut is one of my favourites too but I've only ever read Slaughter House five lol.
My TBR for this is as follows: The Hawkline Monster by Richard Brautigan - a book with yellow on the cover, a book that is older than you (copyright 1974), a book you read only after dark The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams - book-to-movie adaptation, book by a favorite author I only found out about this on Sunday so depending on what audiobook becomes available at my library first the booktube book will either be Eleanor and Park or Snow Like Ashes. Since I just found out about it I'll also be trying to finish two books that I'm already reading, Cinder and The Undead Pool (audiobook). If I can get through all of those before the weekend then I'll move on to Hollow City and Lexicon.
My TBR: 1,5 The adventures of Huckleberry Finn (Mark Twain), 2 The boy in the striped pyjamas (John Boyne), 3 Ready Player One (Ernest Cline)/The night Circus (Erin Morgenstern), 4 Saeculum (Ursula Poznanski), 6 Eat Pray Love 7 We were Liars I'm super excited as I had all these books in my TBR anyway... And I really need to cut down my piles of books so so this'll be good ^^
