Sorry Edmonton. Some hiccups from the defense in the second half, but man was it good to see the Winnipeg offence firing on all cylinders...and really good to see a full house.

Gave up 27 points to the worst team in the CFL, and still won by 28. Also, we need to see more BLUE in the crowd in the future.
Might be one of the worst teams in the league, but they have the highest scoring offence. Bomber “D” is awesome.

Winnipeg is such a nice, clean city and the people are so nice, but just the most boring people I've been around.
I'm a Winnipegger, I have never heard Winnipeg described as such. Ottawa, sure, Winnipeg, are you kidding ? We are friendly Manitoba, but come game day, the loudest house in the CFL !!
Last play? He was clearly DOWN with the ball outside of the end zone. A real "home team" decision there and another total FAIL by CFL Command. They were doing good until then, sigh.

Agreed. Not entirely sure why the Command Centre didn't reverse that (as they review all scoring plays). He was down by contact, and rolled into the end zone. You can't do that.
Felt that way at the game, but watching it here I am inclined to believe that he didn’t have control of the ball until he was in the end zone, so he couldn’t be down by contact. I will watch again on my big screen tomorrow, but I’m feeling benevolent after a big win. I have a bigger issue with Coach Jackson not taking a knee on the final play, especially after running the ball leading up to it.
@@roymcgaw7431I see his arms get under the ball and hug it to his chest when *the ball* (all that matters) is still about a foot outside the end zone. His knees are touching at this point (before he rolls across the line) and he is has been physically contacted by Ford. That, to me, is down by contact WITH possession and control, BEFORE the ball crosses the plane of the goal line. Obviously it's hard to tell at full speed, so I don't blame the refs for the mistake, but the Command Centre's most important job is to verify scoring plays, and the evidence is there to say that this was not a scoring play. Yeah, it probably won't make any difference in the outcome of the season, but it matters to Tyrell Ford, who was burnt for a TD that wasn't actually a TD. That could weaken his bargaining position when he negotiates his next contract (not like, by much, but by a bit).

You have to give it to them elks man i gave up faster then them and that was the first quater, and to come back and get 27 points same as last week to not lose to a 50 and 0 game that would have been terrible

the ELKS reciever acted like they were winning so the bombers coach decided to run up the score.. too bad the time ran out. bombers would have run up more
