    I absolutely love how the center tenor acts like a crazed lunatic while playing then instantly composes himself for the sticks in and looks all formal like everyone else 😂😂

    Used to play this in high school back in the late 2000's and it still slaps now in 2020

    I watched this exact clip in 2012 when it was uploaded my sophomore year of high school and I can forsure say, center tenor spazzing at the end spark my hype for the rest of high school drumline 😂😂😂

      9000 has the left hand buzz that they just THROW DOWN and it's epic. But nothing beats the 3 16th note rhythm that dominates this exercise.

    My friend and I grinded this together in 2006. Its crazy how far cadences have come since then. Now I cant even read the sheet music for most of them since they have gotten so complex!

      You heard it right!!! My percussion director told me Murray Gusseck wrote that part in Double Beat 2004 based on Spread by Outkast

    Who ever directed this clip has done a terrible job of focusing in on the important bits. There are so many little tenor moments that aren't show where it's like "snareline/bass line, snareline/bass line, snareline/base line"...... :( It's like... Da fuq!
    But this is a fantastic warm up. I remember playing it in high school with our drum line. The tenor part is sick!

    How to kill your sticks. Snare line is TENSE. tenors are cool as the McGavock high school band in finals until the last… hahahaha. Stop that center tenor from becoming the next Chad Sexton… lol
    Stop the sway and get straight, but, that was very fun to watch. Good show gentlemen!
    You can tell some are struggling and some are having a great time.
