Architect, may we see your design for 2BR, one-storey, low-cost house (about 18K-20K/sqm) for a retired couple, one of which is wheel chair bound. Sana energy efficient like 2 or 3 walls could be opened para tipid sa aircon expenses. Thanks!

Love this kind of designs. You've incorporated Japanese Ingenuity on desigs and interiors. Favorite part ko ang loft bed where you can emote pag iniwan ka ng jowa mo, that in the positive note can get you another jowa sa ganda ng scenery at ininvite mo ang crush mo para magHangout hangout lang. hahaha kudos mah dudes! Tawang tawa ko dun sa lumilipad na haters,.. di lang typhoon-proof, hater/basher-proof house din po pala ito? 🤣🤣🤣

Oliver bilib ako sa imagination mo dito, ang galing mo talaga. Pero very duable at durable naman ang concept design mo. Tama ka for Entertainment purposes lang naman at talagang nag enjoy akong manood dahil isa ako sa mga frustrated architect at mahilig akong manood ng mga Modern and Minimalist design. Hopefully you continue doing this dahil pwede naman talagang gawin.😂 👏

Hi Sir Oliverrr! Favorite part ko po sa Kusina, nandun kasi yung ref. maraming malalafang HAHAHAHA dejokee. Lahat naman po, kada part kasi ng bahay may memories na nabubuo pero mas madalas po kami tumambay, magbonding & kwentuhan kasama ang pamilya sa Sala or Terrace po. Stay safe always po 💓

di po ba delikado yung floor finish nung sa roof deck po? napansin ko lang po kasi na since corrugated yung sahig nung roof deck, baka po matapilok yung dadaan po lalo na kung basa pa po yung sahig.

What i super like about this is how it is prepared to protect the glass doors and windows.. kasi dito samin super mo doubt mababasag talaga yung mga windows if ever may typhoon. flood is not really a thing here, mostly strong winds talaga yung nakakasira ng mga roofs at houses.
I'm from the province of eastern samar and typhoons are common here so we try to make our homes built stable and strong to withstand at least with less damage for another Super Typhoon Yolanda..

Sana poh mag-feature kayo a special 1 or multi-episode about exterior finishes in Pinas. I plan to go home soon and build my retirement home but I am torn on what finish is the best that will last a very long time and less maintenance. Wala pa po akong pinturang nakita na nagtatagal at resistant sa kind of climate Pinas has (mildew, pollution), etc). For example - if my exterior walls are going to be concrete (and the proverbial CHB na palitada) - what are the good, durable and long lasting choices apart from Paint? Available na po ba dyan mga venneers, claddings (PVC that doubles as insulation na rin), shingles, or maybe tiles, etc?

Curious kasi ako ano ba ang mga available materials natin locally from our own natural wealth ba and how we can use them to our contemporary living. I admire European architectuals. More power dude.

Thank you sa vlog mo. I enjoyed it very much. Alam mo, that is exactly the same idea that I have and planing to do sa vacant lot namin sa Subic which is prone to flooding. The difference is your plan is way better.
In my plan I want to use a 40 footer and 2 20 footers in u shape configuration. The stair will have a pivot point at the top. Also the car will be placed on top of a floating surface for safety during a flood.
You have given me ideas that I might do when my wife return when she retires in 2 years.
Hopefully, I can get in touch with you in the future to figure out how much it will cost to build our retirement home.

I grew up in Leyte and over the decade we frequently get typhoons. Nung nag isip na ako ng disenyo sa bahay para sa assignment namin nung elementary, una laging pumapasok sa utak ko ay dapat protektado kami sa baha, hindi na ako nag isip ng layout. Your channel hopefully be one of the catalysts for Philippines' architects and other related fields to start implementing this and flood prevention. Thankfully, na-afford ng magulang ko magrenovate at ielevate ang bahay para di kami pasukan ng baha. Super effective, di na kami pinasukan ever since. Pero I am aware that we were able to get that because of privilege. Maraming buhay ang nawala dahil sa baha, and some of them are preventable. Di ko na lang ididiscuss yung Yolanda kasi that was very rare, and daluyong ang pinakadahilan kung bakit nangyari yun.
He is really a humble architect who never hesitates to share his ideas. ❤️ 🔥 💡
