Ako din po. Ang alam ko sa mga bangko lang may mga foreclose na properties. May website din pala. Ang mura ng house and lot. Reasonable na yung price. Swerte makakabili. Ang tanong bakit ang mura? Hindi kaya binabaha ?

I Googled it: Santa Maria Bulacan is in a 25 year flood plain according to UP Diliman studies. I am nervous as it is at anything less than 100 year flood plain...especially with the Airport project going on nearby. Can the dredging affect the ground level of surrounding area in Bulacan? Will it sink the ground level? What do you think Arch Ed?
Rather than speculate, do actual survey on the area. You can also see on Google map the land elevation, proximity to river and drainage infrastructure.
If you are serious in buying this property, do your own due dilligence po. You may check the actual property first. Interview the neighbors or the brgy or LGU. Thanks.
