I am not positive, but my guess is she has never been to Winchester, TN, as a lifelong resident, so my advice is to try before you buy, come and spend the weekend. While Winchester Park is nice, Tims Ford State Park or the University of the South Domain is not mentioned. As for restraint, I would not call Mexican home cooking, but if that's your thing you set there are more than 8 Mexical restrains in the county. If you want home cooking, thiers 3-4 small places but their hours are limited. In fact, a majority of the town closes early at 7pm or so, and on Mondays and or Tuesdays. The biggest Nigitive that was missed Teleworking is not a viable option yet. The are only 3 Internet services provided and while you can get 1Gbs service upload speeds are caped at 25Mbs. I have been doing it for a year and have to have Starlink as a backup for outages.

I agree with some of the things you are saying of course, it’s hard to put all of the information about a town as awesome as Winchester in a short five minute video, the point of the video is just to drop a few highlights and gauge interest and go from there.
