The details that you stop to explained Chef, are in the top three reasons I really enjoy your channel. Your energy is remarkable.. you instill excitement in making great delicious dishes with a selection of ingredients that I am confident the food industry would be shocked at .
Forget the chemicals. Forget the boring videos with people whom think they are Chefs,. We enjoy your experience. It is that simple Chef. The humor , good lord,, the busy of the videos .
I have not made a vinaigrette like this one. This looks exciting.
I can see the other comments .. you have a Style Chef. Please do not change anything. A well lit kitchen and well equipped with your talent. Also know this.. it is important... some or perhaps many watch RUclips on the Tv,, there, we do not have and option to leave you comments. I have this on my iPad so I can type you a well deserved comment.
We do not want you to be robbed of deserving comments.

I guess I'm on the right track because I agree with exactly what you said, you should be able to drink the dressing.
    I make one that is:
Two parts extra virgin olive oil
    Two parts dark balsamic vinegar
    1/2 - 1 part Worcestershire sauce
    One part fresh lemon juice
    One part honey
I don't add seasoning because that may be different depending on what I'm using it for.
I do not blend it, but the honey acts as an emulsifier and keeps the solution suspended for a period of time after shaking. I will have to try adding the Dijon!
I put it into a clean old 12 oz Tabasco sauce bottle and use it for so many things besides salads.
And yes, you can drink it!
