My biggest challenege starting out in 4 months of being in the company is facing delays due to approvals process taking long because the senior managers want to explore different approach. My question is 1. How to convey / convince a message to a senior manager with the process that you would like to implement? And if that project is delayed due to the amount of work that we need to put in, how do you maintain the expectation with the senior manager.
Unfortunately Those salary bands are unheard of in certain parts of the world unless you are in the UN..I am in Uganda with over 10yrs experience but am not even in the 50k range yet..Good video though thanks
