When I was in Beauty School almost 50 years ago I shocked my instructor because I wasn’t afraid to do the really short cuts and so I had regular clients right away. I also did the older ladies and we figured once that the median age of my ladies was 86 so it was great to be able to do for them what they really wanted.

A few years back I had wanted a particular cut and color and I asked this girl worked with that had really nice hair where she got her hair done so I could go get mine done there she told me I went I paid over $200 for this hairdo and the woman butchered my hair I'm talking it was horrific. So I actually ended up going to a Walmart hair salon and got very lucky and ran into a woman named Mallory who felt so horrible for me cuz I was literally crying when I came in begging asking if there was anything she could do and she charged me half price and completely fixed my hair it looked amazing when I left so people like you deserve all the applaud and everything else in the world because you are doing God's work fixing up somebody else's horrific mistakes

I love watching your channel, it’s so relaxing and informative. As a natural blue eyed blond who never uses any dyes or harsh chemicals on her hair, I have still learned so much from your videos. The people who have their problems solved be you must be so thankful. I did take your suggestion of using silk for your nightly hair wrap although I purchased a silk pillowcase. I was using 1000 count Egyptian cotton and had a problem was dry hair. Not so much now. ❤️🇨🇦

Some PREFER wearing it in its Natural State, I.e. Afro, while others prefer Braids, Wigs, Dreds, you name it. And what is soooo amazing about Black hair is that we have sooooo many options....the possibilities are endless! That's the one thing, of many, that Black folks are coveted for....their HAIR, along with their Natural skin color, and FULL Lips. I always thought it interesting how Blacks are discriminated against for those same attributes, and yet when white ppl have "color" on their skin or "braids" in their hair suddenly it's HIP, COOL, and accepted. I had a style like this when I was 23. I'd never gone that short before but it looked great on me. I have white hair but I had body and curl so it worked. I looked like I'd lost 20 lbs between before and after pics. I was a new mother too. I'd like to do it again as my hair is thinner, less volume and I'm 51 now. Love this style on her and watching you work your gift and explain as well.

All that dye still in her hair coming out on the wrap foam will damage her hair further. It would have been nice if the she counseled client to get a cut and style this time and give her hair a break. Stylist created giant bald spot in the back. That dye is gonna get on everything!!!
I agree 👍 💯. I felt like the client likes having a bang because she's trying to cover her forehead. Everyone doesn't like their forehead/face exposed/out. I would have requested put in a track or clip in there. Also, that cow lick bald spot could have been avoided by both stylist. The 1st unknown stylist f'd it up, but I wouldn't have wanted it cut lower. Although it was an issue. #js #myopinion

Her short cut looks great. People with fine textured hair should look at styles that are best suit their hair textured, to avoid great disappointments. We live in a society that caters to we can have what ever we what, it's time to grow up and live in the real world and make a few compromises to walk out of the salon with an amazing stylish result that makex you look amazing.
Too cute......... A great finish as always! The color correction matches her style better than the photo. Bleaching is required to achieve intense colors in many cases. Over time, the integrity of the hair is compromised.
You guys are professionals, top of the line! The mold is going to set the style and the mold will make it easier for the client to get her look right, when she does her hair everyday. For 20 years I've had the same hair stylist and thank goodness I'm a tad older than he. It's good to watch a professional at work 👏🏽👏👏🏻

Its a rinse/deposit color. It will always bleed when wet, especially a red color. It doesn't damage the hair
@@chysel4860 We've been saying it for years. This is just another example of a stylist trying to make the hair look good, never mind it's damaged - and they add more chemicals more color on top of chemicals on top of color, and this woman is barely hanging on the 2 pieces of hair. It's shameful.

Her short cut looks great. People with fine textured hair should look at styles that are best suit their hair textured, to avoid great disappointments. We live in a society that caters to we can have what ever we what, it's time to grow up and live in the real world and make a few compromises to walk out of the salon with an amazing stylish result that makex you look amazing.

The color correction matches her style better than the photo. Bleaching is required to achieve intense colors in many cases. Over time, the integrity of the hair is compromised.
