Another great video, Ben! I especially enjoyed numbers 3 and 8. #3- colors- Less can be more! Just because I have multiple lights doesn't mean I have to use them all. Sometimes one light at partial power does the trick. #8- the tripod- I am still wrestling with that one. I want to figure out how to make/install a counterweight so I don't have to tilt the pod up so high. As for a random tip: I have used a snoot on these lights to further pinpoint my light but it is unhandy with cutting black cardboard and taping it to the light. I think finding some sort of plastic (like a large straw?) tube that can be cut/painted dark/ and slipped over the end of the light is what I will be trying to find. And like many other folks...can't WAIT for the new Mini to come out!!
Everyone seems to be using that system indoors where it is dim lighting. I wand to know before I ORDER. How would it do in a woodlot doing a mushroom or flowers?
Thank you Ben for this useful tutorial on how to use this great Adaptatlux equipment. I have a question. Does the app now work on Android? thank you and bravo for all these tutorials. Patrick
There's many ways to attach the system, the tripod thread on the bottom of the pod will let you attach it to common camera and accessory mounting solutions.
I just bought an Adaptalux system so I was very happy to find your tips video. Great job. Thank you.
Thank you for those tips on using the Adaptalux lights, Ben!

Thanks for the tips Ben. Especially the tripod balancing & the cleaning off the equipment. I use my phone bank to keep my pod charged when I’m out.
Great tips, will use them in one of my next shoots;)
Sir you made up my mind. I just ordered one. I'm trying to get the UV extension too. Thank you so much.
Cool vidéo ! thanks a lot 👌🏻 and.. just behind you I love the Boston terrier ;)

Love to have this lighting system but on a fix income to much for me. Great video
The Pod Mini mentioned at the end of these tips will be more affordable and a great way to get into the system!
Excellent !
Hi, could I connet directly with the camera ? And it does it work as a flash also ?
Hi Ben, Great video as always, can you tell us what tripod you’re using there?
What can I do for a sponsorship! So stoked to try this out. Much love from Medellín Colombia

I would like to use the system in tandom with my external flash for field work. Is there any way to attach the system to the legs of a tripod?
