As of September 1, 2023, EG.5 (aka Eris) COVID-19 Variant, was the dominant variant making up 21.5% of the new U.S. cases, while FL1.5.1 (aka Fornax) was the second most common making up 14.7% of cases
-FL.1.5.1 is another variant from the XBB lineage. Both EG.5 and FL.1.5.1 share a mutation in the spike protein at the position F456L. These mutations allow the variants to be more transmissible.
-BA.2.86 (aka Pirola) is another highly mutated variant being tracked. It has large numbers of mutations and is a distant ancestor of BA2.
-As of the 1st week in September, it only made up less than 1% of cases.
The GOOD news is that data released In this 1st week of September has revealed that, despite BA.2.86’s multiple mutations, it MAY be less contagious and less resistant to our immunity than previously speculated.
SYMPTOMS:
can range from allergy to cold-like to flu-like symptoms. Patients still can develop respiratory distress and severe illness - especially if immunocompromised.

Wouldn't it ring alarm bells for you, if a person was about to inject you with something, and right before they said "I THINK you'll be ok" Don't gamble. @@MojKanal-cz1iz That makes no sense. Many unvaccinated people catch it. Plus, I was vaccinated years ago and just now catching it. Since that time, I have had several Covid tests that have come back negative until now. Please explain that since you find it so funny.
The purpose of the vaccine is to decrease need for hospitalization and decrease risk of death. Vaccinated people can contract COVID but it generally a less severe case.
I caught it when I wasn’t vaccinated and it was nothing. Then I caught it when I was vaccinated and it was way worse.
Point is. Vaccinations doesn’t help you. If anything it makes it worse
