How I would rework Spiderbot: - Reduce HP + Increase Spiderbot move speed - Reduce the duration of Spiderbot roam time + Reduce cooldown slightly ~ Spiderbot no longer stuns or facehugs. Instead, the bot will have a tiny radius that detects enemy players. When an enemy gets near the bot, it explodes for 10 damage and leaves the enemy/enemies DedSec-disrupted; the duration of the disruption is half of the Ultra disruption. Reasoning: This plays more into the counter-hack fantasy DedSec is trying to provide better than a free stun and kill than the current Spiderbot and provides more team utility, being able to lock out multiple enemies and shut down ultras on rare occasions. Reducing the roam duration means the DedSec player needs to use it closer to combat than off-spawn and to prioritize targets, as disrupting a random player on the corner of the map will be less beneficial than tossing it near an OBJ. The speed increase will help make up for the lost roaming time and work more for ambushing and flanks, but the decreased HP will let the enemy take it out in 1-2 shots with any weapon, punishing Dedsecs who blindly toss out their spider. Having a small blast that does minimal damage and no stun should reduce frustration when facing this ability, even if it's stronger overall. Upon death, the Disruption effect would dissipate as normal DedSec ultra would.
I have another idea. -remove the spiderbot concept entirely new gadget: Black Box. - 45s cooldown - Cooldown begins once previous box is destroyed Description: Place a Jamming device at your feet that scrambles enemy Minimaps the closer they approach. red pings do not show up within the radius. Pros: -disrupts enemy minimap - provides map information control -masks red pings for teammates Cons: -Long cooldown -easy to spot(makes noise) -easy to destroy Deadsec is all about disruption and gadget hijacking but it's abilities feel so isolated from helping your team it's like it was made to help ur team but it only has abilities that most of the time only help yourself, it's missing the actual disruption part of its playstyle that helps other teammates outside of the ultimate. With BlackBox you can provide Map utility for your team without having to rely on an enemy using a gadget for you to hack once every bluemoon And what better way to cause disruption than to scramble enemy Minimaps and keep them getting crucial information about enemy locations

This. After downloadimg yesterday, I found myself already wishing for a no ability gamemode. I think a mixed, no ability, game mode would be best. A 1 gamemode queue that alternates randomly or is vote controlled between gamemodes. Like search and destroy, tdm, vanquish confirmed, Osok, whatever

Honestly, they need to buff the spiderbot stronger than in the beta. Why? Cause I feel like the purpose of specialists is lost when people whine about the game. I think there should be better balancing so the special effects should be like chess. One faction can nullify the other faction and that faction can destroy another faction but that first faction is useless against another faction etc. It will force players to know how to use all factions. The devs really need to stop listening to random people and just do them.
I am new to this game. However, it feels fantastic, I genuinely have no complaints at the moment. I think people need to go outside and not just play 8-12 hours a day.

So much of this game doesn't actually need skill. From the lobbies I get you'd think the ACR is the only rifle in the game or the vector and mp7 are the only subs. the new crutch is now going invisible every 30 secs , so now you have to look for bots , random stickies that get you from landing mtrs and mtrs away or stick to you when your behind an object and listen for a humming sound and try and work out where its coming from before your shot and as the sound stage is terrible thats almost impossible so you have to look for the shimmer whilst looking for everything else.
You pretty much covered my exact suggestion on that spider bot thread lmao. ITs honestly the best direction for the skill that fits the faction. Additionally for the phantoms i think something like "reinforced armor" could be a cool idea. i'm thinking it could do one of two things: Still keep the 20 additional hp as "armor" but it doesn't regen or an effect that if you would have reached zero hp you live with 1hp instead with a CD. Meaning dots and spray can still kill with slight increase to TTK but can't be "one tapped" by a gernade or sniper or something.

I would still make the spider bot latch on to players, but instead of stunning and view blocking the player it turns off their hud and enables friendly fire. Plus all abilities they throw become neutral, but can still be hacked.
2 tiered spiderbot. deploy and it hunts and does it's own EMP thing. Or, hold the button down for 2 seconds and rather than it auto hunting, you could pick a part of the mini map to deploy it to, or maybe even take manual control like the RCXD thing from COD.

Im with you on the Phantoms passive change. Whatever they do, 120hp is just too much. Id be totally fine with the change you suggested. With this being said, the XD team can take as much time as they need to get around to that. No rush. The game is super fun to play right now in its current state and theyve already made so many amazing balance changes since the launch of the game. If this game is already this good, i cant even imagine how good this game will be 1 year from now.
Being an a**hole about FPS games, now, seems to be the "in thing". 70% of the FPS based videos, in my RUclips feed, are usually someone raging about something they don't like. Granted, there's a lot of things about CoD that make my head spin, but complaining fixes NOTHING with Activision and company. Good grief, Blame Truth has been raging about CoD for years, with legitimate complaints about the development of the game, and THEY DON'T CARE! The devs at XDef do care about the player experience so give them a chance to get XDef dialed in. CoD has been at this for decades and they still keep fu**ing things up.

the spider bot while annoying its fine it doesnt need to be turned into a flashbang as the alteration they made to these is far far far worse than it was before so we dont need a mobile one. it doesnt need turning into a mobile emp as we already have an emp nade so all that we would end up with if either idea is used is flash bang or emp spam and that would get really really annoying as no one would be able to use anything as every 30 secs an emp nade is used and every 40 secs an emp spider is used . if it turns into there version of the rcxd the same thing will happen , think about it. they just need to tweak it add the melee hit to remove it , increase the sound it makes on approach , reduce its range , there are lots of things they can do and pretty much everyone now knows to just shoot the floor when your hit so you can remove it in about 2 secs and you can shoot it , emp it , hack it , shoot it off team mates , nade it , hell if you see it swap to your pistol and run away from it.

The weapon level system needs to be the same in every game mode!!, I’ll much rather play obj modes but I have to play way way more to just level up one gun than I would if I played TDM all day, and I happen to play more tdm because the level up experience feels good you actually get rewarded for getting killstreaks, unlike any other game mode where you can go 40-10 with over 1,000 objective score and only get 4 levels

I logged about 12-15 hours of game time on xdefiant this weekend and I must say, they have something here but personally, I'm not an abilities shooter type gamer. I really didn't like it, but I've been playing off and on and I just can't get with it. Barebones mode, I'm playing this game every chance I get. After the first week, I got pass the no kill streaks, I really thought that would bore me and sometimes it does especially when I go on 7-10 kill streaks, and nothing happens. This game has potential, but people have to give it a chance, especially because these 10-15 min queue times will drive everyone away and the queue times will get longer and longer.
If they get rid of bot I would want a device added that buff friendly objective points and nerfs enemies. So essentially when you place this device on a capture point for example, it would slow the enemy capture rate but buff your friendly cap rate. This effect shouldn’t stack with multiple friendly devices.

Keep the hugging and stun but make it immobile. It gets triggered by player passing by it. Of course keep the timeout so it’s not sitting there forever. Remove the light and allow it to stick to ceiling or walls.
I hope they add Free-for-all mode. And a 3v3 Faceoff match. I would love to see how they change the Spiderbots. Don't like it when they jump towards my face.

@@zodiac_blue9116 if 2 equal skill players go up against one another who both have good movement and aim, the phantom will win 95% of the time. Only way to counter the Phantom right now is to pull out an M16 or another high power weapon, which kind of sucks because I don’t wanna be forced into a weapon class because half the players need the additional 20HP. I’d much rather vs 6 firebombs that I can purposely make a distance gap and kill, compared to having to go up against opponents with a guaranteed 20HP every life they spawn in.
Can't think of anything for the spiderbot that someone else in the comments hasn't already said. The Phantoms on the other hand, they could make them tanky in a different way. Take their health down to 100, but they are more resistant to status effects. Example, a flash grenade lasts, what, 4-5 seconds on normal operators? The Phantoms can shake it off in like 2-2.5 seconds. After-all, isn't the lore for the Phantoms that they are genetically modified to be tougher or something?
Leave the spiderbot the way it is because you can shoot it and you can shoot the ground to get it off and you can shoot it off a team mates face and you can hack it
Our crew says it everyday, we can't wait till Bomb hits. I think they need to drop a nice content package. Nothing wrong with the spiderbot as it is .. fire bomb well placed is insta kill the pistol is multiple free kills if you're skilled. Dropping a shield in a gunfight is a free kill. Flask shield wrecks and is a free kill. Smh at the complaining.
Ok then imagine spiderbot in bomb. Spawn in, entire enemy team running spider, all 6 spiders jump on your team and give everyone a free kill, round end.
You know if they want to change the spider bot just make it to the tempest bot from bo4. It gives the the player whos caught a fair chance to vounter it by shooting it or catching it mid jump but if not it will stun. Now reducing the phantoms to 100 or 110 is just taking away the main focus on phantoms. They are TANKS. They have that much health to stay on the objective longer.

I love how the devs treat this game it’s great. However I’m not a fan of abilities on any multiplayer or for that matter single player games. I just want a gun and to have cool shootouts. If the devs added a barebones section I’d probably play it

Their servers/code can't handle a 30ms discrepancy between players so why not let those 100+ms to 400ms players play with the 30ms, right?
ubi have shut the red storm studio so some of the devs are being moved to xd and others have been layed off / sacked so this isnt rubin hiring more staff this is ubi stepping in and saying heres more devs now organise your team and get it sorted. this creates many problems as some staff may have held positions at red storm and may not like any sort of demotion so staff at xd may have to be demoted / moved which could also create problems and may see some staff leave and there maybe leaks about the state of xd / ubi etc , not only that any new devs will now have to be brought upto speed with a new and different engine etc which may delay content and cause issues in the game and the studio. also will aches be fired ? , as he sat there and watched his mates talk about smurfing accounts and how they were doing it and he didnt say or do anything so there is an argument to be made that he is or was party to this which breaks the games tos , in the uk this could be classed as gross misconduct and is a sackable offence or it could be classed as damaging to the company and there product or bringing the company into disrepute , or will he get told that he has been a very nawty boy and dont so it again and he has to draw a line between his streaming mates and his job , and his smurfing mates should now be banned as iv noticed that aches mainly replies to his streaming mates to get ppl / accounts banned when his mates are having a rough time and now we find out that some are smurfing and he knows about it and has done nothing , the whole situation stinks.
I believe the hack ability should be buffed. Hear me out. It should let you be able to hack other players since these characters carry their equipment on them, kind of another emp, affect. Maybe, and just maybe, also be able to use said hacked ability within a small window of time. Before people say that's overpowered, think about this. You first have to use it with its small animation, and then you have to press the hack ability again so you can use the copied ability all the while you're getting shot at. Kind of giving it more thought in how to use it. I believe this would be fair since all the other factions abilities aren't as situational as the hack ability that only affect 3 abilities. Everyone else's abilities work when you want them to work.

The game is increasingly losing its identity and is being shaped according to what the audience thinks it should be. First, there was Intelsuite, and now it's completely useless, offering no benefits to the team from Echelon whatsoever. Now it’s just a faction for individuals that’s becoming more and more forgotten. Next, we have Spyderbot, and later maybe Phantom, maybe even Cleaner, and with all that, it will resemble yet another standard FPS. Yes, I don’t like Spyderbot either, but it was part of the game’s identity. It’s fine that developers listen to what the audience wants, but will this end up being a game that was unique and different in some way, with its own identity, or just another generic game that’s merely a close copy of some other game?

But the only way to be happy with this concept is to expect it’s a marathon and not a sprint. A year from now it’ll be packed with content, but I’m not sure if some will have the patience for the game to get there.

Here is problem. Live service games make companies obscene amounts of money. If your game is not up to the standard the players want they just move on to the next game. This game promised the world. If you choose to go live service to make obscene amounts of mobey be prepared for the fans to want a perfect game fairly quickly. If you don't, the game will die.

I want XDefiant to grow and succeed but the insta-hopping every gunfight engagement has me away for now. Hope it succeeds but look at B01 and SHG-WW2 pace and movement, that's just FAR more my style. It's just personal preference but with no SBMM at that pace the game WILL fail. Casuals can;t play it, sadly. That's 90% Maybe 95. Look at some of Hutch's old B01 videos. Mark is a hero but they overdid the pace by 50%
Having to press the button 5 times to throw a grenade is depressing. There's also the problem of seeing 3-4 hitmarks and when the enemy kills you he's at 100% hp.

I'm an adult, and while I agree that Mark and anybody on the XDefiant team certainly deserves a break, the game really has a lot to work on and improve on. To say we will wait for "as long as it needs" isn't true. Myself and many others have moved on, and we will come back when the game has become better. My only hope is that the numbers don't tank so hard so quickly that XDefiant loses traction.

Am I the only one that thinks the Deadsec ultra works "wrong" ? I would like to last for a shorter duration of time, but keep lasting for the whole team when it is active. Dying shouldn't disable it. But when it isnt disabled by dying, it shouldn't last as long as it does now, as it seems like it lasts forever if you don't die!

How I would rework Spiderbot:
- Reduce HP
+ Increase Spiderbot move speed
- Reduce the duration of Spiderbot roam time
+ Reduce cooldown slightly
~ Spiderbot no longer stuns or facehugs. Instead, the bot will have a tiny radius that detects enemy players. When an enemy gets near the bot, it explodes for 10 damage and leaves the enemy/enemies DedSec-disrupted; the duration of the disruption is half of the Ultra disruption.
Reasoning: This plays more into the counter-hack fantasy DedSec is trying to provide better than a free stun and kill than the current Spiderbot and provides more team utility, being able to lock out multiple enemies and shut down ultras on rare occasions.
Reducing the roam duration means the DedSec player needs to use it closer to combat than off-spawn and to prioritize targets, as disrupting a random player on the corner of the map will be less beneficial than tossing it near an OBJ. The speed increase will help make up for the lost roaming time and work more for ambushing and flanks, but the decreased HP will let the enemy take it out in 1-2 shots with any weapon, punishing Dedsecs who blindly toss out their spider.
Having a small blast that does minimal damage and no stun should reduce frustration when facing this ability, even if it's stronger overall. Upon death, the Disruption effect would dissipate as normal DedSec ultra would.

new gadget: Black Box.
- 45s cooldown
- Cooldown begins once previous box is destroyed
Description: Place a Jamming device at your feet that scrambles enemy Minimaps the closer they approach. red pings do not show up within the radius.
Pros:
-disrupts enemy minimap
- provides map information control
-masks red pings for teammates
Cons:
-Long cooldown
-easy to spot(makes noise)
-easy to destroy
Deadsec is all about disruption and gadget hijacking but it's abilities feel so isolated from helping your team it's like it was made to help ur team but it only has abilities that most of the time only help yourself, it's missing the actual disruption part of its playstyle that helps other teammates outside of the ultimate.
With BlackBox you can provide Map utility for your team without having to rely on an enemy using a gadget for you to hack once every bluemoon
And what better way to cause disruption than to scramble enemy Minimaps and keep them getting crucial information about enemy locations

Honestly, they need to buff the spiderbot stronger than in the beta. Why? Cause I feel like the purpose of specialists is lost when people whine about the game. I think there should be better balancing so the special effects should be like chess. One faction can nullify the other faction and that faction can destroy another faction but that first faction is useless against another faction etc. It will force players to know how to use all factions. The devs really need to stop listening to random people and just do them.
I am new to this game. However, it feels fantastic, I genuinely have no complaints at the moment. I think people need to go outside and not just play 8-12 hours a day.

This is what happens in all multiplayer games. I'm loving this game for now, but it's going to die soon. It's not a game for casual players, every match someone gets 90 kills and the rest is negative. Noobs will either quit or become sweaty. What pisses me off is how pathetic people play on this game with all the gimmick free kills that's exploitable by anyone with half a brain. Almost every match I play now which ever team is losing just switches over to cleaners with shotguns and phantoms with sniper rifles because of how easy it is to get kills. So much of this game doesn't actually need skill. From the lobbies I get you'd think the ACR is the only rifle in the game or the vector and mp7 are the only subs. Cleaners with marksman rifles is fucking stupid. I honestly think a barebones Playlist if added would be the most active Playlist lol

the new crutch is now going invisible every 30 secs , so now you have to look for bots , random stickies that get you from landing mtrs and mtrs away or stick to you when your behind an object and listen for a humming sound and try and work out where its coming from before your shot and as the sound stage is terrible thats almost impossible so you have to look for the shimmer whilst looking for everything else.

Additionally for the phantoms i think something like "reinforced armor" could be a cool idea. i'm thinking it could do one of two things:

I would still make the spider bot latch on to players, but instead of stunning and view blocking the player it turns off their hud and enables friendly fire. Plus all abilities they throw become neutral, but can still be hacked.
2 tiered spiderbot. deploy and it hunts and does it's own EMP thing. Or, hold the button down for 2 seconds and rather than it auto hunting, you could pick a part of the mini map to deploy it to, or maybe even take manual control like the RCXD thing from COD.

Im with you on the Phantoms passive change. Whatever they do, 120hp is just too much. Id be totally fine with the change you suggested. With this being said, the XD team can take as much time as they need to get around to that. No rush. The game is super fun to play right now in its current state and theyve already made so many amazing balance changes since the launch of the game. If this game is already this good, i cant even imagine how good this game will be 1 year from now.
Being an a**hole about FPS games, now, seems to be the "in thing". 70% of the FPS based videos, in my RUclips feed, are usually someone raging about something they don't like. Granted, there's a lot of things about CoD that make my head spin, but complaining fixes NOTHING with Activision and company. Good grief, Blame Truth has been raging about CoD for years, with legitimate complaints about the development of the game, and THEY DON'T CARE! The devs at XDef do care about the player experience so give them a chance to get XDef dialed in. CoD has been at this for decades and they still keep fu**ing things up.

it doesnt need turning into a mobile emp as we already have an emp nade so all that we would end up with if either idea is used is flash bang or emp spam and that would get really really annoying as no one would be able to use anything as every 30 secs an emp nade is used and every 40 secs an emp spider is used .
if it turns into there version of the rcxd the same thing will happen , think about it.
they just need to tweak it add the melee hit to remove it , increase the sound it makes on approach , reduce its range , there are lots of things they can do and pretty much everyone now knows to just shoot the floor when your hit so you can remove it in about 2 secs and you can shoot it , emp it , hack it , shoot it off team mates , nade it , hell if you see it swap to your pistol and run away from it.

The Outcasts ((The ones that were apart of the original XDEFIANT)) they can serve as buffers unlike Libertad healing ability
Outcasts grant buffs such as weapon damage or speed movement

The weapon level system needs to be the same in every game mode!!, I’ll much rather play obj modes but I have to play way way more to just level up one gun than I would if I played TDM all day, and I happen to play more tdm because the level up experience feels good you actually get rewarded for getting killstreaks, unlike any other game mode where you can go 40-10 with over 1,000 objective score and only get 4 levels

I logged about 12-15 hours of game time on xdefiant this weekend and I must say, they have something here but personally, I'm not an abilities shooter type gamer. I really didn't like it, but I've been playing off and on and I just can't get with it. Barebones mode, I'm playing this game every chance I get. After the first week, I got pass the no kill streaks, I really thought that would bore me and sometimes it does especially when I go on 7-10 kill streaks, and nothing happens. This game has potential, but people have to give it a chance, especially because these 10-15 min queue times will drive everyone away and the queue times will get longer and longer.

If they get rid of bot I would want a device added that buff friendly objective points and nerfs enemies. So essentially when you place this device on a capture point for example, it would slow the enemy capture rate but buff your friendly cap rate. This effect shouldn’t stack with multiple friendly devices.

Keep the hugging and stun but make it immobile. It gets triggered by player passing by it. Of course keep the timeout so it’s not sitting there forever. Remove the light and allow it to stick to ceiling or walls.
I hope they add Free-for-all mode. And a 3v3 Faceoff match. I would love to see how they change the Spiderbots. Don't like it when they jump towards my face.

You sound like a fireteam simp. Phantoms on obj need the 120 HP. If they do what you say, we will be playing against full teams running firebombs. You said it yourself, movement, move when fighting a phantom and you win many fights.
@@zodiac_blue9116 if 2 equal skill players go up against one another who both have good movement and aim, the phantom will win 95% of the time. Only way to counter the Phantom right now is to pull out an M16 or another high power weapon, which kind of sucks because I don’t wanna be forced into a weapon class because half the players need the additional 20HP. I’d much rather vs 6 firebombs that I can purposely make a distance gap and kill, compared to having to go up against opponents with a guaranteed 20HP every life they spawn in.

I think the phantoms and spider bots are just fine as they are. The hacking tool and shock wire are the two most useless abilities in the game

The Phantoms on the other hand, they could make them tanky in a different way. Take their health down to 100, but they are more resistant to status effects. Example, a flash grenade lasts, what, 4-5 seconds on normal operators? The Phantoms can shake it off in like 2-2.5 seconds. After-all, isn't the lore for the Phantoms that they are genetically modified to be tougher or something?

Our crew says it everyday, we can't wait till Bomb hits. I think they need to drop a nice content package. Nothing wrong with the spiderbot as it is .. fire bomb well placed is insta kill the pistol is multiple free kills if you're skilled. Dropping a shield in a gunfight is a free kill. Flask shield wrecks and is a free kill. Smh at the complaining.

You know if they want to change the spider bot just make it to the tempest bot from bo4. It gives the the player whos caught a fair chance to vounter it by shooting it or catching it mid jump but if not it will stun. Now reducing the phantoms to 100 or 110 is just taking away the main focus on phantoms. They are TANKS. They have that much health to stay on the objective longer.

I love how the devs treat this game it’s great. However I’m not a fan of abilities on any multiplayer or for that matter single player games. I just want a gun and to have cool shootouts. If the devs added a barebones section I’d probably play it

It’s not how it works at all either, UBISOFT (ie the publisher, not ubi San Francisco the dev team) decided to use snowdrop for XDefiant, well… that meant they had to develop the engine for FPS as it was made for an mmo originally. Their servers/code can't handle a 30ms discrepancy between players so why not let those 100+ms to 400ms players play with the 30ms, right?

ubi have shut the red storm studio so some of the devs are being moved to xd and others have been layed off / sacked so this isnt rubin hiring more staff this is ubi stepping in and saying heres more devs now organise your team and get it sorted.
this creates many problems as some staff may have held positions at red storm and may not like any sort of demotion so staff at xd may have to be demoted / moved which could also create problems and may see some staff leave and there maybe leaks about the state of xd / ubi etc , not only that any new devs will now have to be brought upto speed with a new and different engine etc which may delay content and cause issues in the game and the studio.

Hear me out. It should let you be able to hack other players since these characters carry their equipment on them, kind of another emp, affect. Maybe, and just maybe, also be able to use said hacked ability within a small window of time. Before people say that's overpowered, think about this. You first have to use it with its small animation, and then you have to press the hack ability again so you can use the copied ability all the while you're getting shot at. Kind of giving it more thought in how to use it. I believe this would be fair since all the other factions abilities aren't as situational as the hack ability that only affect 3 abilities. Everyone else's abilities work when you want them to work.

Phantoms need extra HP against the fire ammos. Imo except the spiderbot, all the faction are good against some and less against other, its like a rock/paper/scissor balance.

The game is increasingly losing its identity and is being shaped according to what the audience thinks it should be. First, there was Intelsuite, and now it's completely useless, offering no benefits to the team from Echelon whatsoever. Now it’s just a faction for individuals that’s becoming more and more forgotten. Next, we have Spyderbot, and later maybe Phantom, maybe even Cleaner, and with all that, it will resemble yet another standard FPS. Yes, I don’t like Spyderbot either, but it was part of the game’s identity. It’s fine that developers listen to what the audience wants, but will this end up being a game that was unique and different in some way, with its own identity, or just another generic game that’s merely a close copy of some other game?

@@Seth4192 new map every month, we knew about this before hand and everyone was pretty happy with this concept. But the only way to be happy with this concept is to expect it’s a marathon and not a sprint. A year from now it’ll be packed with content, but I’m not sure if some will have the patience for the game to get there.

Here is problem. Live service games make companies obscene amounts of money. If your game is not up to the standard the players want they just move on to the next game. This game promised the world. They delayed and delayed and still the game came out with netcode issues. Literally the worst thing an fps game could have. It still doesnt feel right. The fans hate jumping and it's still a problem. If you choose to go live service to make obscene amounts of mobey be prepared for the fans to want a perfect game fairly quickly. If you don't, the game will die.

Might just be me but the team balancing is so off I've not got as much time as I had when the game realised and feel like I'm coming up against the most sweaty players but it's just my team sucks or I'm playing against a squad, the other night i played against 3 Rubys and a Emerald in pubs I'm not even good 1.1kd 1.0 WL games cooked
I want XDefiant to grow and succeed but the insta-hopping every gunfight engagement has me away for now. Hope it succeeds but look at B01 and SHG-WW2 pace and movement, that's just FAR more my style. It's just personal preference but with no SBMM at that pace the game WILL fail. Casuals can;t play it, sadly. That's 90% Maybe 95. Look at some of Hutch's old B01 videos. Mark is a hero but they overdid the pace by 50%
I would love to play this game again, but if they won't fix netcode any time soon, I won't come back to play Xdefiant.
Having to press the button 5 times to throw a grenade is depressing. There's also the problem of seeing 3-4 hitmarks and when the enemy kills you he's at 100% hp.

I'm an adult, and while I agree that Mark and anybody on the XDefiant team certainly deserves a break, the game really has a lot to work on and improve on. To say we will wait for "as long as it needs" isn't true. Myself and many others have moved on, and we will come back when the game has become better. My only hope is that the numbers don't tank so hard so quickly that XDefiant loses traction.

I would like to last for a shorter duration of time, but keep lasting for the whole team when it is active. Dying shouldn't disable it. But when it isnt disabled by dying, it shouldn't last as long as it does now, as it seems like it lasts forever if you don't die!
