I always wanted to live this aesthetically pleasing lifestyle .. a life far away from money, status, dependencies, and worries. I can give away anything just to live like her. I think there comes a point in everyone's life when you start giving more value to small things like peace of mind and satisfaction, which in my opinion no amount of money can bring. I hope someday I will spend my day close to nature and far away from any worries and I think that's the true essence of living.
And we hope that with each day, and each decision, you move closer towards this essence of living. x

@Wilderness And Me - Thanks for the suggestion. We use those bars however, as we often need to include subtitles for our films, allowing these messages to reach people all over the world. So this space is useful as it makes it much easier to read over the black background :)

Finally someone stopped and took time to zoom into tiny little life going around in nature. We see big buildings and new cars, yet we are sometimes blind enough to notice the dew drops on the leaves, the bees kissing the flowers, the spiders threading their web. Hope this video will enlighten atleast one blind soul.

...whooshing with the waves, breathing like the breeze, gusting with wind, spreading with the clouds, emptying mind to hear the sound of silence, and greeting the present moment the way our dog greets us... every time. :))) For me, all of this, and dancing has allowed crises and tragedies to land more softly in my life. But, it's almost always, the listening to people's heart/soul journeys that's taken me by the hand over the bridge of darker times. Their conscious receiving and embodiment of the light of the world always bring me back to higher grounds. So grateful to you all.

I believe that if there is one main reason that so many of us do not connect with the earth and with one another, it is the fact that we are constantly consumed by our lives of desperation. It is impossible to “stop and smell the roses” when you’re running from an uncontrolled, wind-fed fire. That’s what life feels like for so many of us. When it’s all you can do to pay your rent/mortgage, your utility bills, your monthly auto and homeowners insurance, your phone bills, your credit card payments, to put gas in your car, AND to buy groceries on what’s left, your stress level is off the charts. Stress and crippling fear become synonymous. When I encounter people who are lighthearted and calm, I immediately want to see their income and their monthly expenses. In these turbulent and uncertain times, possessing a sense of wellbeing seems to be a luxury reserved for those who are financially stable.
It is true that the pace of the world has become so fast today, almost impossible to keep up with the demands and challenges placed upon us. And yet, if we don't carve out this simple moments of appreciation, in which we take just a few minutes to quiet the mind, we will run the risk of burn out. If we are to be of any good in this life, in this world, we need to find time to care for ourselves too. Not always easy, for sure. We send you much care and good wishes. Justine and Michael.
@@ReflectionsofLife I know it’s true. The most difficult thing to do when you’re drowning in an ocean of stress is to calm yourself enough to surface so you can breathe. Panic is a natural response when you are disoriented and lost. As you pointed out, placing a priority on doing whatever is necessary to find that calming breath is the key-be it through meditation, a walk in the woods, or simply by spending time with a purring cat in your lap. Anything that removes you from stressful activities or situations will be medicinal.

I don't know how I missed this one. What a beautiful lady and her beautiful words. I live alone on my little farm with my dogs. I walk daily in the forest and spend each day tending my garden. Each day I notice a Brack of leaf or Fern dancing all alone in the forest as if the wind is pointing it out just for me to see it dancing. It always makes me smile.

No doubt when I am with nature around me it really soothes my soul!
She is like nature pure and profound!
I cannot recommend this channel enough to people. It’s helped me with my depression and the way I view life now and with this new amazing energy I’ve collected, I’ve subconsciously passed it on to my hubby without him even knowing just from explaining what I’ve been experiencing and how I view things now. At the end of the day humans natural response is to love and understand if they are open and courageous enough to accept it.

Thank you GR for a lovely reminder of our Oneness with Nature. And to Sue, so beautifully showing us that that connection, our birth-right, is always here waiting for us to show up in each and every moment. Sue, you've helped me to remember that Nature's not something apart from us that we can find 'over there', or that there's any distance we need to travel in order for us to find Nature, for in being Nature ourselves we're ever-present in it. We always have been.
I wonder too, how other viewers would describe their experience with the dance of trees, or our dance with Nature? Myself, I'm often brought to a standstill by the swaying branches of a far-off mature tree. I soon get caught up in the movement of the wind and the leaves until inside my head I begin to feel a corresponding motion, as if it were wind and tree massaging my brain. So soothing. calming, grounding.
