That sunset is sick
After you stun the fish, cut the gills, let it bleed out in bucket of seawater, then cut out gills and gut before you ice down with seawater slushie ice. Much better fish quality!! :) Tight Lines!!
Add a little olive oil to your butter, it helps it not to burn on high heat.

Awesome idea! Wish I had fishing like that available to me. You should consider doing your own pickling as well. Radishes, cabbage, red onions and lotus root are pickled staple in our house and good hecking god is it as easy as it is tasty!

Never thought of a tuna Reuben. I live in the Pacific northwest so I catch albacore . I will definitely try it when season opens up for us here

Hey guys love the segment on tuna Reubens, try next time blackened the tuna on the grill and add some chilled mangos slices for a touch of sweetness. Just moved to St.Augustine Florida looking forward to doing more fishing throughout the state hope to meet you guys one day.

Hey guys, just want to share with you about the vacuum sealer. I use a different one. However I never put my fresh meat directly into the food saver. I do a quick freeze of my catch, then place it into the bags and seal because it the natural flavors to be locked in

Enjoy your videos very much. I can't wait until I can be able to do the same thing. I live 6 hours from the coast in NC, but hopefully after I finish college next year I can move to the coast. Always been my dream and I have plently of gear lol. All I do is fish on vacation and bass, crappie, and catfish here at home

Oregon does not allow live bait, but people from other states bring non native species for bait which contanenates lakes and streams so no live bait even in the ocean . my favorite bait for sturgeon is squid.
