Sasha is one of my favorite athletes .
The intercom kicking in makes it really hard to hear.Gotta say I’m glad she loved skating and continued because I have really enjoyed watching her. One of the best ever!!!!!
A beautiful, smart and dedicated young woman. I LOVE her speech. Very inspirational to people in all walks of life.
A great talk from someone who had an amazing career and can honestly and genuinely pull all the successes trials and tribulations that come with it, and make everything feel worth it in the end. She was always my favourite female skater. So inspirational.
So proud of her! She's come a long way, from being a young skating sensation and trailblazer to becoming a beautiful and smart woman of substance. Without a doubt, one of the greats in the sport. She revolutionized skating in every way, from attempting quad jumps (successfully landed in practice), executing the most difficult spins, advancing the level of footwork, to elevating one's sense of artistry. She and Michelle Kwan will always be the true legends of skating.

sasha is all talk. she got lazy and all she did in 2006 before the Olympics were a string of sponsors and nonstop commercials. all of her coaches begged her to practice more but all she cared about was gaining attention. Fame got to her head.

You were not there with her to know this for sure and spread rumors like that is just a mean gossip. I was one of her coaches at the time and with her all the way prepping for Nationals and Olympics. You are just wrong! Sorry.
