എനിക്ക് പ്രസവത്തിന് ശേഷം ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ fissure വന്നു. ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഭയങ്കര വേദന ആയിരുന്നു. അമർന്നിരിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ലായിരുന്നു. Stitch കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് വേദന ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും എന്ന് ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞതിനാൽ സ്റ്റിച്ചിൻ്റെ വേദന ആയിരിക്കും എന്ന് തെറ്റിദ്ധരിച്ചു.
രാപ്പകൽ വേദന ആയിരുന്നു. വേദനയുടെ ഗുളിക കഴിച്ചിട്ടും വേദന മാറാതായപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടു. അപ്പോഴാണ് fissure ആണെന്ന് പരിശോധനയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. അങ്ങനെയൊരു അസുഖത്തെപ്പറ്റി ആദ്യമായി കേട്ടതാണ്. മലദ്വാരത്തിൽ വലിയ മുറിവ് വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി. Anal bliss എന്ന oinmentum Looz syrup ഉം ചൂടുവെള്ളത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കാനും non veg ഒഴിവാക്കി fibre അടങ്ങിയ food കഴിക്കാനും പറഞ്ഞു. Treatment തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടും ടോയ്ലറ്റിൽ പോകുന്നത് വേദനയായിരുന്നു. ടോയ്ലറ്റിൽ പോയിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ രാവിലെ മുതൽ ഉച്ച വരെ സഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത വേദനയും നീറ്റലും പുകച്ചിലും ആയിരുന്നു.
ഒരുപാട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടി. പ്രസവ വേദനയെക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ വേദന ആയിരുന്നു. ഇരിക്കാൻ പറ്റാതായതോടെ നിന്ന് കൊണ്ടാണ് കുഞ്ഞിന് പാൽ കൊടുത്തിരുന്നത്. പകൽ സമയത്ത് കുഞ്ഞ് പാല് കുടിക്കാൻ കരയുമ്പോൾ കുഞ്ഞിനെ എടുക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ ഞാൻ വേദന കൊണ്ട് കരയുമായിരുന്നു. പലപ്പോഴും കുഞ്ഞിനെ എടുത്ത് പാല് കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ വേദന കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ കരഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ടോയ്ലറ്റിൽ പോകുന്ന കാര്യം ഓർക്കുമ്പോൾ പേടി ആയിരുന്നു. ശാരീരികമായ വേദന മാനസികമായ stress തന്നിരുന്നു. 3 ആഴ്ചകൾക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് വേദന കുറഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങിയത്. ഇപ്പോൾ കുഞ്ഞിന് 3 മാസമായി. ഇപ്പോഴാണ് കുഞ്ഞിനെ ലാളിക്കാനും വേദന കൂടാതെ കുഞ്ഞിനെ മടിയിലിരുത്തി feed ചെയ്യാനും കഴിയുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോഴും
treatment തുടരുന്നുണ്ട്.

എനിക്ക് ഡെലിവറിക് ശേഷം ഈ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഇണ്ട്. ഇപ്പൊ ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞു 60 day ആയി. ഇപ്പോളും മോഷം പോകുമ്പോൾ pain ഇണ്ട്. ഞാൻ ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടിരുന്നു. Babyk ഫീഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് medicine ഒന്നും തന്നില്ല. ഒരു ointment തന്നു പിന്നെ lacti fiber എന്ന ഒരു powder thannu. ഇപ്പൊ ആദ്യത്തേലും pain കുറവുണ്ട്. എന്നാലും മോഷം പോകുമ്പോൾ പേടിയാ ഇനിയും പൊട്ടോ എന്ന്.

Hi doctor.. your videos are really useful.. എന്റെ മോൾക്ക് ഈ മാസം 1 വയസ്സ് ആവും.. ഇപ്പോൾ weight 7.400kg ഉള്ളൂ..Weight കുറവാണേൽ പറയണേ.. 10 മാസം ആയപ്പോൾ 7 kg ആയിരുന്നു weight.. ഒന്നര മാസം കൊണ്ട് ആകെ 400 gram കൂടിയിട്ടുള്ളൂ.. ഇത് normal ആണോ?? Birth weight 2.260kg ആയിരുന്നു.. അവൾ നമ്മുടെ സാദാരണ ഭക്ഷണം കുറച്ചൊക്കെ കഴിക്കും.. കുറുക്ക് ഒന്നും കഴിക്കില്ല.. എല്ലാവരും പറയുന്നു ഈ food ഒക്കെ നിര്‍ത്തിയിട്ട് കുറുക്ക് തന്നെ restart ചെയ്യാൻ.. ഞാൻ എന്ത്‌ ചെയ്യണം doctor?? പിന്നെ അവള്‍ക്ക് daily 3-4 times motion പോവും. അത് കൊണ്ട് എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നമുണ്ടോ??

എന്റെ മോൻ 1 yr 2 mnth ആയി. Bw- 3.7kg, current wt - 9.5. ഞാൻ 5 mnth പ്രെഗ്നന്റ് ആണ്. ഇപ്പോ one week ആയി feeding നിർത്തി. അപ്പോൾ മോന് ഇനിയെന്തിങ്കിലും ഫോർമുല ഫീഡ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ടോ. ബാക്കിയുള്ള ഫുഡ്‌ എല്ലാം കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് bt wt കൂടുന്നില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ 4 mnth ആയ്ട്ട് ഈ wt ആണ്. പശുവിൻ പാൽ കുടിക്കാൻ പാടാണ്. കുറുക്കിലൊക്കെ ചേർത്താണ്‌ കൊടുക്കാറ്. രണ്ട് നേരം കുറുക്കു കൊടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പിന്നെ രാവിലത്തെ breakfast, മുട്ട, ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു ചോറ്, evening apple banana nuts smoothie ഇങ്ങനൊക്കെയാണ് കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. Feeding നിർത്തിയത് കൊണ്ട് രാത്രി ഉറങ്ങാനൊക്കെ പാടാണ്. കുപ്പിയിൽ വെള്ളം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പാലൊക്കെ കൊടുത്താലും കുടിക്കില്ല. വെള്ളം ദാഹത്തിന് വേണ്ടി മാത്രം കുടിക്കും. ഉറക്കത്തിനിടയിൽ ഉണരുമ്പോൾ കുപ്പി കൊടുത്താലും തട്ടി മാറ്റാരാണ് പതിവ്. ഇതിന് reply തെരണേ maam urgent ആണ്.
