@@inthekitchenwithpenn1 Me again, ( John ) I was just checking your helpful Speedi cake settings after I bought the Speedi, its brilliant so far. I noticed "James" cooking his cake earlier using the Speedi container as the cake tin, oiling it first then after it was cooked did it for 4 mins on Steam & Bake to firm up the cake base. Wondering if you tried using the container direct yet? Lots to learn here for me! John

@smoothsilk47 hi John, I have for my easter egg Brownie, it worked well but I did use baking paper to make taking it out easier
