    I respectfully disagree, nobody forces one to play on PTW server. If you don't like this kind of gameplay just avoid those server, they don't hide the fact of being PTW. And the argument "think of the children" is responsibility of the parents, who have to monitor what their children are doing. There are so many public Minecraft servers, everyone can find one that is exactly right for them.

      Always the same stuff, "Nobody force you" argument. Yeah, nobody also forceyou to stick your hand into open flame, but is dangerous and should be noted as such. Kids should be warned and educated about this predatory servers, people who run this type of servers should be publicly shamed for their actions and slimey tactics. Most of the kids that play there don't know that they are the product, that they are being manipulated with gambling mechanics that are meant to drain their money. If you are a grown man indulging in this kind of behavior, okay I don't care, this is your money and your time, but manipulating children and young people is sick and should be punished.
      Also shifting the responsibility from scammers to parents is almost victim blaming, this is not right. Scammers are at fault for creating these kind of servers, they are responsible for lying and being obnoxious about it, they should be ashamed for openly branding themselfs as Pay to win servers, because they want to make money from low quality entertainment and service that's why this kind of servers should be attacked, shamed and in response, closed and forgotten.

      Although i agree with you about nobody forcing people to play p2w servers, what isnt ok is the necessity to partake of paying exorbitant amounts of money in order to keep up with others. Then the servers usually integrate this through crates and keys that will give you a miniscule % of getting the thing you want (there are also servers who fake the %s saying its a 1% chance where its a 0.1% etc.). Therefore, in a competitive setting you are not making it based on skill, ability or time spent rather your basing it on who spends the most money basically ruining the competitive nature of the game. Also in regards to having the parent monitor the child I agree with you however there is a limit to how much you can monitor your kid. e.g. your kid is playing a roblox game and it looks like some mmo lookalike (which is what you assume) however there is a loot box implementation that you dont know about (you get me?).

      Nobody forces people to play on the servers, granted, but the topic of the video is the practices and ways that the owners exploit their position. Most of the owners are RUclipsrs, with mostly child fanbases. Wanting to play with their favourite RUclipsrs is something that shouldn't include exploitation. I stand by the points in my video, but I also appreciate their are other points of view. This was merely meant for education and awareness to the practices used and how they prey on children.

      Nobody forces ptw servers to break Mojang's TOS either. This is just a confusing take because nobody forces someone to get in a car crash and yet, they still happen and are still incredibly dangerous.

    Just don't play pay to win servers

  • @rexpimplemyer3839

    Wait. "Pay to win servers" are "nefarious"?! WTH are you talking about? It's the a-holes from anarchy servers destroying fun servers because they are "pay to win" that are nefarious, not the servers. And what exactly is the definition of "pay to win"? Just because you throw a few bucks for some decent gear or supplies? So what? At least you have a chance at surviving long enough to gain a foothold, because the young pups are grateful for the benefit of some extra supplies thrown at them because they can't afford to buy it. What's wrong with that? Besides? Who doesn't use creative mode to get a few perks? That's the same thing.

    Can you get to the point and show the actual specific problems in a server? Now you’re just do general yapping without real example. Is this script written by AI?

    • @breakingaustin
      @breakingaustin  15 часов назад

      Actual problems? Like the fake sales, the bribes, the unneccesary enchantments? I'm pretty sure AI didn't test the efficiency enchant on Obsidian. RUclips is full of AI generated videos. I'm proud to say that will never feature on this channel. I appreciate your opinion and I'll try to improve in the future.
