I rented a room on the fringe of Westchase at the end of Waters by Countryway about 10 years ago. I didn't like going too deep into Westchase towards Linebaugh too much, as it felt "uppity" and "wealthy". Nothing against wealthy folks, it just wasn't me or my personality. I went down to Hillborough into the Hispanic neighborhood, mostly, as they had the best bodegas (mini markets) and amazing restaurants, especially off Hanley towards Armenia. Yes, it was definitely less upscale, but had a ton of culture and personality. In my opinion, of course.
Lived in Palm Harbor 🌴 and Westchase is stunning.

I live in nearby WestBay off Sheldon Road and our HOA doesn’t have us on a radar.
Fair enough, it's definitely not for everyone. For some people that master planned feel combined with it's central location make it worth it.
