Great Video and the use of Google Earth, How is the nightlife there? any one area if you are looking for Bars or Nightclubs with rock bands. I am retired but pretty much do the same thing as I did in high school so the 55 communities are no good unless they have many younger Gen X. I need to be near the beach and main towns for concerts. Are there HOAs with planed activities there Pools etc? I have booked a week in October in the Sait Pete / Tampa area to check out...

Westchase used to be an affordable, planned community. It's so far out from everything, I don't know why it's so expensive now
