Hi, thank you for all your info. i have enjoyed the videos. I am from PA and thinking of relocating to FL. I will be in florida sometime in first week of June and I was looking at West Chase for a year or so. Do they have rental homes or apartment complex before I invest in purchasing a home out there.

I have lived in many places all over Florida and Westchase is clearly the best for the reasons elucidated in this video. I would parenthetically add: easy, stress free driving and parking, and very safe and pleasing area to run, jog and take long walks

We lived in Westchase 10 to 13 years ago . We loved it there and it was such a safe place to live .
Always pleasant for taking a stroll .
But we'd go to nearby Citrus Park to Citrus Park Produce for fresh fruits and vegetables .

10 to 13 years ago we lived in Westchase and LOVED it ... safe and also very quick to get downtown to Tampa ... onto St. Pete .
Some parts of Wesley Chapel had some very unique areas nearby that I never expected to see anywhere in Florida : some incredibly beautiful rolling hills on the back roads that wind their way over towards the town of Saint Leo ... great for cruising around .
It really did not look like Florida at all with those incredible vistas looking out across the rolling hills .
Guitarist Jeff Beck , who was known for loving to cruise on back roads in his various cars , used to have a vacation home in St. Leo .
I believe that's one of the reasons he chose that area .
