    I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.

    Wow my old stomping grounds. Worked in there for years. I always missed the location. I had to leave that area because it was too pricey but nobody can beat WestChase location. I was able to cominute to Safety Harbor in 15 minutes with traffic. Clearwater was about 20 -30 minutes from Westchase with traffic. Downtown Tampa or St petersburg was 30 minutes from Westchase. Orlando was the only issue because you had to go through Downtown Tampa.
    The main road Linebaugh use to be hell but now that Citrus Park Blvd connects to Westchase its gotten much better.
    Not too many negative with that area . Oh if a hurricane is coming get the hell out. Westchase is very close to the bay.
    As always another wonderful video. I remember you from my days working at that publix.

    Great video and very informative! Are the Mandolin, Fawn Ridge, and Fawn Lake areas part of Westchase in terms of shared amenities like the swim and tennis center? They show up as part of Westchase on google maps and Redfin but when I looked up a map of all the subdivisions they were not part of it.

    Would you consider Countryway as part of Westchase?

      Countryway is a different neighborhood but I would consider it in the “Westchase-area.”
