I agree. these types of people are always in competition with someone, at least that's what they think. The elephants often have the idea that there going to be first if it kills them. Whatever it is they're competing for, “it won't win them a trophy”. At the end of the day, they lose because it's all about how you interpret it. #unwantedenergy
I work with a girl who thinks she owns the department. I tried talking to her. Then I had words with her. Then I started telling my area, to which she replied, "are you helping me today?" I replied, "Yes." She said "Oh fugg." I thought, not today, and changed places with someone so I didn't have to work with her.
If you need to make them spit it out, then...there's no point in trying to discuss it. Simply because you will always need to pull it away from them! It's their problem...not yours!
