BTW best pricing I found was on Ebay. When you buy the dual sets it should cost you just a couple of dollars over 200 for each one.

SENA RELEASES FIRMWARE VERSION V1.0.3 FOR 30K AND V1.7.7 FOR 20S / 20S EVO
Sena Technologies, Inc. released firmware version v1.0.3 for the 30K and v1.7.7 for the 20S / 20S EVO which mainly includes:
30K
Improved battery consumption during Mesh Intercom
Improved noise reduction during Bluetooth intercom
Added intercom compatibility with SF Series
Minor bug fixes with recording Mesh Intercom with Prism in Ultra HD Audio Mode
My sena isn't being recognized by sena manager. done it all correctly and it wouldn't recognize. i have version v1.0.2. and the app doesn't work as well.
Same. Did you work it out?
Does this fix the Audio multitasking problem?
I updated the firmware as soon as I got the 30k. It might have had an audio problem with v 1.0.1. I immediately did the upgrade to 1.0.2 and didn't experience any multitasking issues. Actually have updated to 1.0.3 just the other day.
PLEASE NOTE, You do NOT have to do a factory reset. The software does the update and you're done.

Tell me more, maybe I can help you. Where are you not to upgrade?
Also make sure you have your 30K Sena shut off when you go to do a firmware upgrade.
My sena is shut off, and wont update, using data USB cable
