I’m 5’4. Doesn’t bother me one bit. If a girl doesn’t want a short guy, oh well. Those are her standards. Get to the point where you use rejection as a learning experience. It’s also important to achieve a greater version of yourself. Level yourself up and bring your confidence up: Workout , take care of your hygiene, use good hair products , get a haircut every week or 2, wax your brows, buy clothes that fit you well. I know that would increase your MAXLOOKS. But, take it to the next level by having a plan and having a purpose. That’s what is going to make you shine because you’ll live a life that is focused on you. Girls are amazing , a great complimentary. ‘The icing on the cake. You are the cake and she is the icing. Cake is still good, but she’ll make it better. Life is good, but she’ll make it better.’

These podcasts are awesome man. I would definitely say that looks do matter a lot, but I also believe that you would have to be careful how you go about it when it comes to attracting women. Like sure you will be attracting way more women, but there are different ways of going about the looks. How you dress definitely impacts how others precieve you. For me, I usually love dressing up with that bad boy vibes (even though I am super nerdy and geeky). I also believe if you truly love a certain way you dress, then you feel so much more confident cause you are feel more aligned with what you think is more you. I think a lot of guys are scared to embrace fashion and just go with what every other guy where's to avoid judgement, but honestly being judged cause you are unapologetically yourself is such an amazing and powerful feeling. I remember going into Denny's with my brother and I can see from the corner of my eyes that these two older women just looked disgusted of me, and those reactions just fueled my passion to keep dressing like a bad boy, but 100% a musclar physic can give you a pretty huge edge in attraction. Keep of the good work and keep releasing these podcasts, I am loving it a lot and finding it informative since I'm also looking to be in a relationship 🤜🤛

Looks = Health. Good looks is good indicators. I think the biggest thing is trauama (sickness, physical, mental) and response to trauama. It causes tension in our forms and distorts the physical form, which is unattractive. Say you hold grief in your chest, you cave your chest forward and then your SCM muscles lock your temporal bones into place. If you grow up like this, your skull won't develop properly. Or say you have an injury on the right side which causes your right neck to be tense - this would pull your right maxilla, zygos etc down into assymetry. The sphenoid is keystone of the skull, and affected by the entire neck musculature.
Now imagine having a compensated posture and BREATHING compensated due to trauama. 12,000 reps of many pounds of pressure each day pulling your skull/face/body bones out of their proper alignment.
This is what my entire channel is about. I don't know if you're looking at guests on BTK but.. I've put a lot of thought into this theory and practice and we have a couple hundred people currently practising it.
    We need to look DEEPER

Loneliness is powerful. Once you mould yourself inside it, you will see that all the grind will make you stronger. Being comfortable being alone and being on your purpose regardless of race, height, attractiveness etc will lead you to a life you want, maybe you will not get the most beautiful girlffriend/wife, but in the end you will leave a legacy which only a few people will understand because anyone can reproduce, but it won't make you a complete human.
I'm a 5'8" Indian guy, I'm not ashamed of my height, and I'm on my purpose. Women are just humans, they aren't any different to men. I'm not gonna go out of my way to attract women because I did it in the past and it never works. You need to be attractive overall and whoever is attracted to you will come to you.

Honestly would love if this became a Red-Pilled podcast and you completely flipped the script and gave it a new meaning. There are some underlying truths in the Red Pill community, but similar to what you were saying about Black Pill, it contains too much of the despair and defeatist mentality for me.
I understand and agree that the world is super broken and messed up, but I like to know there is some hope out there and that there are still things I can do to improve myself and my chances in this stupid game we call "life".

Edit: also, I love the advice to just have a better version of your existing body. I feel like too many people want to "get a better body", which I feel is an unhealthy mindset.

Granted I have a nice face, body, personality, charisma, intelligence and now *some* success I'm sure that all plays a role in this. If I was ugly, fat, and had a shit personality my perception and experience would be totally different. If I had watched blackpill or even redpill material before solidifying my own confidence in getting women, I would have been screwed. I would've been convinced I'd be doomed forever. I feel for the younger guys getting exposed to this garbage. If a dude who is 5 foot can get chicks, anyone can. No excuses bro. Height bias does exist btw, but somehow I have been fortunate enough to not be hindered by like 98% of it.

    The pill-maxx channel.
I'd shoot for a discussion with Wheat Whaffles. He's a reasonable guy and much more nuanced than you'd think.

Yeah he really is objective when it comes to what he says. Supports with studies and empirical evidence.

@@Ghostrider-ul7xn Even just listening to him in discussions with other RUclipsrs, he will nuance out of his own content. He also often says that at the end of the day, what matters most is how women react to you. That matters more than what his or anyone else's rating of you is, or if some red-pill dating coach thinks you're a "high-value man". Wheat Whaffles says that himself. Even through he presents as this rigid deterministic black-piller... he does have a lot of nuance. I appreciate people who may have far-reaching beliefs but are still nuanced.

Is it weird that WheatWaffles got roasted by Hamza and also by Nikhil and Thomas ON THE SAME DAY and the duration between the uploads is hardly an hour or so... DAMN!!!!

Hey Nikhil, I just wanted to say the main reason people say to stay between 10-15% body fat is because that is when your testosterone levels are highest, which is going to be instrumental in your fitness journey.
