I only buy clean & complete games with manuals with the exceptions of 8th gen PS games or late 360 games that only had the warning sheet included, I validate your frustration. I loathe scratched up disc, there's no excuse. I tossed all my SNES boxes back in the early 90's but kept all the manuals, but who knew they would become valuable over time. I remove all stickers off my game cases the minute I get home, I hate seeing them in collection videos, I made a good video on it using the best kept secret, Rubber Cement Thinner. I only purchase & collect games I enjoyed at one time or feel I'm very likely to appreciate, I never view them as an investment or ever plan on selling them, if I die I encouraged my wife to sell it all as I won't have any need for them, they are never bought for selling. I will do a video response to this as it's a great topic & I have plenty to say myself, you did the subject justice my friend!
As far as scratched discs go ...it’s a good investment to get a JFJ easy pro disc resurfacer...I’ve gotten a few games for cheap cause of the condition of the disc...with that device your golden!
CouchBitTato Gamer that would be the cheaper devices..lol..I stay away of those but this one I use works like a charm, if you wanna check it out there’s RUclips videos on it...it’s called JFJ easy pro
Stickers are especially a pain in the ass when you have those multiple discs games for the Sony PlayStation like Fear Effect or Final Fantasy IX or Fighter Maker that come in a special "bulk" jewel case to hold two or more games. Or what's worse is when you have a crack or a gash in these same style of bulk jewel cases because there is no method to replace them aside from buying the entire fucking game again! :/
NeoEyeBeLeave those double disc ps1 games are tricky! Cracks in them suck and are a pain. I try to avoid those games unless they are perfect condition.
Me too. I try to avoid them, except the fact that there were a TON of gems that came in those cases, from Vanguard Bandits to Hoshigami to Rhapsody, and hundreds in between!
Great video bro. Came here from Dean's channel.
AsianSleepy thanks! Appreciate you
As far as stickers on cases go I’ve found a perfect way to remove them, even the residue..what I hate is when stickers are on the actual cover art !
Wildhorse 74 reveal your secret??
#11: Western developers were awful back then(at least for consoles).
Extreme Wreck 2000 japan gets all the cool stuff. I should really learn to read Japanese lol

Wildhorse 74 I’ll have to look into it. I know cheap resurfacers make the disc look hazy or something.

I hate resellers especially people who don't know anything about video games.
This is my biggest pet peeve!
