This new game is not a Ubisoft command its a indi devs fans of Heroes they make a demo and give it to Ubi for make a new game by the fans for the fans. He is promising but i wait Fanstratics to...an other spiritual successor of Heroes 3 by the lead designer of Heroes 3.
Nameless is really interesting. The demo has a lot of budget game jank and the translation is rough but it could be really good. I love a lot of the TTRPG inspirations in it.
You missed a big one, **Silence of the Siren**. Early Access starting very soon (September 30), it's a Heroes of Might and Magic-like with plenty of twists and updates to the formula, and after playing the demo on steam, I have to say the game design is really smart. These devs are clearly veterans of the genre. Every change I saw I was like "oh yeah, this is a great idea". Also some of the units have fairly OP abilities, which I'm glad to see, rather than some games which are very timid with their unit design. It's not a huge developer so maybe I'm crazy to say this, but I think this game will actually be the big successor to HoMM, and not HoMM: Olden Era. Of course it's also possible that both will be good :)
The feel is clearly very inspired by Darkest Dungeon (the look, and then the dark narrator), with a splash of Diablo in there. Looks polished, we'll see if the gameplay is any good
I wish some indie studio would do a remake/re-imagining-remaster-whatever of Might and Magic 6-8 (NOT Heroes of) while keeping faithful to the originals. It blows the mind that nobody has made a similar game to those 3. There are first person dungeon crawler games but they all miss the mark in some way or another.
@@TurnBasedLoversin Heroes of Might and Magic (the basis for Olden Era, specially HOMM3) you have no maintenance costs nor limit for the number of units you can stack. Besides not making any sense, you can brake the game turtling until you have 9999 archangels or dragons, etc. It just takes away a lot of the strategy and fun of the game.
You probably stumbled upon the channel by chance and couldn’t resist dropping your shallow comment. Otherwise, you'd know we also cover real-time strategy games from time to time.
Subscribed because I’ve never heard of Band of Crusaders. Battle Brothers is one of my favourite games of all time.
Ya got me
Grazie, yes indeed, i think Band of Crusaders has lot of potential, and for Battle Brothers fans is the cherry on the cake :)
Thanks for the list, there are some really cool looking games that make me nostalgic.
Glad you like them! :)
Marcello your videos are bad for my pocket!! xD. I will buy Galaxyland Day 1. Also will look foward to Vampire Syndicate. Great video as always!!
Glad you like them! Yes Beyond GalaxyLand it's incredible :)
Nobody is talking about galaxyland and I'm kinda bewildered. It looks amazing.
Indeed, i'm playing it right now, and it's great so far :)
I just want to say I appreciate your videos. You make it easy to keep up with the latest cool games coming out. Thank you!
I appreciate that Lewis :)
Here's hoping they don't need Ubisoft, since between its most recent release and its next scheduled title I don't know if it can survive until 2025.
hahaha :) I can relate both on Ubisoft and surviving until 2025 :)

It has the same vibe with Wartales and Battle Brother
Nice selection bro! 👍

Too man o's in "Homini et Armi" chapter label. Great list though and much appreciated!
Band of Crusaders looks promising

Band of Crusaders looks cool
Indeed :)
Have you covered Tarnished Blood on your channel? It's a pretty interesting TBS game
I talked about it on tbl pages but not yet inside a video. I will do it soon. Thanks for the heads up :)
Band of Crusaders seems like it will be good game. Hoomini et Armi I find it interesting for graphics choice, might try that too.

It sounds great. First person Dungeon Crawlers are some of my favourite sub-genre.
hit that like button
Grazieee
just hope Warside comes to switch as well as consoles, and has good AI, unlike Wargrooves.
It's hard to say, but it might come to Switch eventually :)
I just hope Olden Era is not ruined by the stupid stack of death.
What do you mean?

Lots of great games!!
Yes they are! :)
What is it you say at the beginning of your videos? Is that your name? Could you spell it, please?
hahahahaha. Ciao a tutti. Marcello Here :)
anyone of this is in italian language ?! thank you so mucho for this video
Non ho indagato, ma penso non ci sia il supporto in Italiano, se siamo fortunati verrà implementato in secondo momento 👍😉
indie game is the actual triple A game nowdays..making good game first over make microtransaction shit on single player paid game
I don't think indie games work this way, or at least, in proportion, maybe one out of a hundred does.
nice
So nice
Call yourself Turn-Based Lovers and open with an RT game?!

If Nintendo are suing over Palworld what might they say about that Advance Wars rip off?😂
band of crusaders are turn-based? seem action rpg
Indeed, it's real-time with pause (slow motion)
turn based games suck.
Indie HMM ))))
