  • This classic repeat - Around The World - is one of those things that you learn at the beginning and never let go. Many thanks to my father-in-law Staňa - he proved to be a quiet, inconspicuous, but very helpful part of the team when he was able to determine very precisely what the problem might be when we somehow know ATW, but it doesn't go as smoothly and "on its own" as we would like...
Sometimes it just doesn't help to train, train, train. When we don't know what to focus on, we headlessly train everything, at that moment we need to take a step back and see it from a distance and just evaluate... Theory and practice together make effective training... Opposites, in everything.
There already are some great videos about ATW out there, like the one from Musclebones, so the first thought was about translation, rather than contribution, because, who the hell am I, right? But then we put our heads together and figured out a slightly different way to put this... It's optimized for beginners, with extra context and practical recommendations. I also point out that this is one of the "safe" tricks (low risk of losing your set), which can be done while walking, enjoying a view, etc. A collection of such tricks is being created under the codename T.P.K.T.N. and will be released soon.

    Thank you!
