Some comments to your video: 1. Feral Spirits don't snapshot. They are dynamic so you don't have to wait for your trinkets to proc. You want them out before bloodlust so they get lusted, so you want to time them with your lust timing (unless lust is being popped > 3 minutes from pull. 2. There is no double dipping with Blood Fury. You get the AP buff which then converts into SP. The flat SP doesn't stack on top of it 3. Weaving is def. relevant. You don't press Fire Nova on single target. The damage only hits mobs around the flame shock target, not the actual target. Since weaving becomes relevant, you want to make sure your weapons are in -sync. There are different ways to go about it (snake, wolves, lava burst, etc...). With movement based bosses, it may even be worth saving Spiritwalker's Grace to move between targets so you can get a UE->FS->LvB combo onto it to sync your weapons off the rip. Can even choose to FS->UE->LvB+Flame Shock batch if you choose. 4. Ancestral Swiftness increases your base move speed, not your wolf speed. 15% movement speed is hard to pass up 5. Glyph of Flame Shock i would forgo. The 50% increase duration is most likely never going to be fully used. Feral Spirit and Windfury are pretty much the go-tos 6. Glyph of Healing Stream is situational. Unless you're the only one bringing the resistances, chain lightning is better served for the additional AoE targets Our rotation is pretty much the same as it was in WOTLK. Fire Nova goes away on single target, and you press UE and weave in its place.
Good point about the Feral Spirits benefiting from bloodlust/hero so its worth using them before u pop lust. Plus dynamic scaling is true for the wolves... i think snapshot still works for flame shock with unleash elements buff. And I also agree that Ancestral Swiftness is essential.... not just for the quality of life improvement of an instant gw, but its very useful to have that run speed at all times..... in dungeons/raids or out in the world. I would also say that Reverb talent from ele tree is important..... Shaman is the best interuptor in the game so having a 5 sec wind shear is just OP and lets you use shocks more often. With purge dispel and windshear interrupt, enhance shaman is a huge help for any dungeon or raid that needs to deal with caster mobs that need to be interrupted or have important buffs dispelled.
I'd have to argue feral spirit. While they are indeed dynamic waiting for procs and trinket will ensure they will be doing more damage overall. Using them let's say on CD could result in having only 5 sec of 1 trinket proc and 2 sec of another before it ends as an example versus having a full 15-20s double trinket/proc duration making wolves a lot more potent
@@guigui5757 the big thing is making sure they are spawned before lust. After the lust, ya, timing your wolves with attack power proc/on-use items is the play. Example being, you always want to use Synapse Springs with Wolves.
@@alexc9360 you have a few options 1. Summoning/dismissing Albino Snake - there is a Weak Aura (Search for Dora) that can call a macro and queue your next swing to hold and reset 2. Feral Spirit summoning 3. Gift of the Naaru 4. Lava Burst (use Unleash Elements and then batch Lava Burst and Flame Shock) 5. Big Daddy grenade The weak aura is what I suggest the most since it's the lowest DPS loss. But you can do the lava Burst batch if you're moving between targets, just pair it with Spiritwalkers Grace
Thank you for all the great shaman content! Two things to note: 1. Firenova does not deal damage to the flameshock target. So it is pointless on pure single target. 2. Feral Spirits do not seem to snapshot your AP (tested it on beta). Unless they use your spellpower and snapshot it for some stat. They behave like they did in wotlk: Their AP scales dynamically with your AP.
@@maulzor ty, so i'm waiting, re-launching it after 10 stack of trinket for nothing, good good so it scales also with omnitron aoe buff for instance ? I juste have to snapshot fire shock ?
Looks great Mijae. Life Long Enhance player here as well since Vanilla so around 20 years. Ive been making my own prio list weakaura that works on whats up on a target along with procs and such. Just need UE and its finished but has been working really well for the entire WRATH and it has def helped a few people in the guild playing Enhance alts grasp the complex prio list we have to follow. I remember in OG Cata just pumping burst on pull
@@killer0tter I could upload it to waigo. I have my older one up there. If I have time later I can upload it. Still a WIP till 85 but works pretty well so far
Nice info but something to point out about the orc racials, blood fury is super strong but not exactly how you explained it. Extra sources of spellpower do not apply to Enhance, we instead gain 55% of attack power as extra spellpower, so it does double dip but I feel its important to specify incase newer Enhance players start trying to gear as “spellhance” like in wrath.
I feel like playing enhance without Instant ghost wolf is a nono. The movement speed is overall so good in every scenario unlike a Patchwerk style fight. Also Stormstrike is not nature damage, but Physical. Otherwise nice video
But its still 2 globals, with well timed spirit walk usages it bridges that gap somewhat, the times in which you need big movements you likely wont be dpsing anyway like atramedes / nef. In terms of stormstrike, the amount of times ive read that tooltip and actually still wouldve swore it was nature damage. Good spot!
I agree.... I take ancestral swiftness for everything. Instant GW is just fun and very useful, plus general buff to run speed. The fact that Ghost Wolf is less effected by snares is a unique aspect of it too (esp for pvp), cause even if snared you can't be slowed below 100% or regular run speed. Really helps with mobility overall in dungeons/raid and the outside world.
Thanks! Cheers brother, been loving the shaman content
You spoil me

why not repop searing totem on trinket proc to snapshot the stat into it ? I see this mentionned nowhere at all
