Buddy! Why didn’t you say you wanted to lift 100#ers? Come play with the “juicers” for a few days and we will get you whipped into shape! A week on the rigging crew slinging 4/0 will get you buff! God bless!
Rlfo, don't hurt yourself. Stop with the stupid "internet challenge" gimmicks. Why are you trying to lift 100 lbs over your shoulder? Do you have some humongous 1930's ribbon mic on the end of your boom for hours on end? I hurt my middle back 25 years ago. Nothing serious but I did need physical therapy. At over 60, this is still where my back goes out. Something I have to look forward to. How heavy a sand bag you can lift over your shoulder has very little to do with how long (endurance) you can hold a modest weight, 2-3 lbs, at the end of a boom pole. What do you need a 100 lbs sand bag for anyways? Much less a 250 lbs sand bag. Take it from someone who knows. Don't hurt yourself.
We are here to help you not get discouraged ! Keep going, you’re doing great !,
Your inspiring, stay disciplined brother. I’m going to start with the 100..
Keep going with that fire brother!!!! YOU GOT THIS
KEEP WORKING BIG BOYYYY
Lightweight!!!!💪💪💪💪
you have more determination than me, haha thats awesome!
Pea gravel works great as a sand replacement and it's easier to clean up.
HOW'S YOUR PROGRESS GOING CARNALITO?

You're losing weight man. You can see it.
