    No matter if about sound or working out, keep us posted. You're a good dude. I am also a heavy guy myself and wanted to give you some advice: you do not lose weight by lifting, you create muscle which means your weight stays about the same. You do lose some but not enough in order to see vast changes. Loosing weight ain't about working out with lots of gear. First of, it's about what you eat and how much you move. And by move I mean move yourself. Take a walk! We have a dog so I naturally get to walk a lot, but only 5 kilometers a day (3.1 miles) are a big change for your body and the way it burns calories. Get your headphones, listen to some music or podcasts and take a walk around your neighborhood. I do that every day and it can be fun too, especially at night when everything has gone quiet. As far as eating goes: cut out those sugar heavy sodas once and for all. I don't know if you like those but do get rid of them, they are evil incarnate. After that: Fast food ain't food to live of for too long. A salad every once in a while does not only provide many important vitamins but it can be yummy too: add some eggs and proper dressing, get some chicken in there and noodles. Make it a proper meal. Changing your diet only to lose weight never helped anyone permanently. Even if you can get the weight down you will relapse after you have reached your desired weight. And I am talking from experience here. Besides what you eat and how much you move it is also important when to eat and when not to. Do not eat at night or after you had diner, most of the time. Don't forget to build in some cheat days my friend. Keeping a 18/6 or 16/8 eating schedule does wonders for the human body and is an easing thing to keep up permanently (again, don't forget to cheat. Cheating is fun considering you are cheating on your diet).

    Good job brother wishing you well on journey to better health. My tip on squats is focus on your form first then start adding more weight as you go along. PS that stormzy and NF song are on my workout playlist as well 🙌🏼

    I was always told low weights and high reps is the way to lose weight and build lean muscle which contributes to a high metabolism to keep the physique burning fat. Sure you don’t get as big muscles....

    As far as diet goes, I've been intermittent fasting lately and have been loving it. Feeling lighter and stronger. Basically just consuming all daily calories within an 8 hour window. Might be harder to maintain with long days on set but it's worth a shot while you're stuck at home. Also, your post man must hate you with all that heavy gym equipment lol

      I do "intermittent fasting" simply because I only eat once a day. Because on a LCHF Diet (that I've been doing since 2011), I don't feel the need to eat any more often.
