Thank you for the content and the research you do. The market on second hand MH's may have improved but are still way off what their value was four plus years ago. The Elddis Autoquest 115 you showed for example is reduced to 24.995GBP. I bought an Elddis Autoquest 140 in 2011 owned by only one owner with only 8kmls then sold for the same price 5 years later at 22.000GBP. In seven years the value has increased 3k bearing in mid the 115 is a lesser equiped model.
Great summary of the market. It’s all very quiet out there, which is normal for the pre Christmas period but where there is a genuine bargain there is a little movement. Let’s hope the spring brings more action and the dealers can get busy again. Have a great December 👍🏻😃🚐💙 Trev

I am genuinely hoping we are finding a ‘level’ now as we enter 2025 to give dealers and buyers some stability. Wishing you guys a good December too! Thank you for the reality checks . Like it or not we live in a supply and demand market. This is one of the side effects of a dysfunctional government, destroying the cash in our pockets.
Thanks for the video and analysis Andrew. After only 9 months we're trying to sell a 2023 well specced layout we realised didn't work for us. We know we're going to lose a significant amount. That's life. It's taking a long time though. But I suppose what we're looking to buy as a replacement will also be lower. But for now we're in limbo. I wish I wasn't watching these videos and was out of the market. 😢
Oh we feel for you being in limbo. We went through this with our first one realising the layout did not work but we were lucky with timing back then….however, we understand your point as we have been considering what to do next. Good luck in your search though! A&J
