    AMISH CHURCH PICKLES
    6 cups of sliced cucumbers
    1 cup of sliced red onion
    1 cup of sliced green pepper
    2 teaspoons of salt
    1 teaspoon of celery seed
    1 cup of vinegar
    1 cup of Gentle Sweet (2cups of sugar)
    1. Slice your vegetables and put them into two quart jars. PACK THEM FULL!!!☺️
    2. Mix your brine: the salt, the celery seed, the vinegar and the Gentle Sweet until combined really well and the Gentle Sweet begins to dissolve.
    3. Pour the brine, evenly, into the two jars.
    4. Fill the jars (nust below the rim) the rest if the way with water.
    5. Place lid on top. Shake well.
    6. Refrigerate 24 hours and Enjoy!!💕
