yes it is my bike!!!!!!! I heard that it will take about three months to deliver from the place of purchase. I'm really looking forward to it. from south korea!!!!
@elpepelucho Charging your smartphone is only possible in conjunction with the Bosch SmartphoneGrip. The factory-selectable Bosch displays do not offer an option for charging a smartphone. It is best to discuss whether it is possible to retrofit the SmartphoneGrip with a Riese & Müller specialist dealer.
Thank you for your great feedback on the Delite4. We are pleased that you are interested in the bike. The price depends heavily on the desired equipment and the selected configuration. Just take a look at our website and convince yourself: www.r-m.de/en-en/bikes/delite4/
I really don’t get who on Earth would want a derailleur on this thing in 2023. I got the Nuvinci on mine in 2017. Kinda wish I had got the Rohloff, but never an old fashioned piece of junk derailleur back then or now.
I would. A derailleur & chain, is simple, fixable, hackable and upgradable. And cheaper & lighter. It would worry me (I work at a Riese & Muller retailer) if they didn’t off it as an option.
@@alexmazonowicz7599 A derailleur simple and fixable ? Hahahaha, maybe if you work at as a bike mechanic... oh wait, you do work as a bike mechanic ! For the rest of us a belt drive is the way to go, zero maintenance.
It is correctly named as a grand touring version. It is easier for touring. Rohloff does not work when the battery is completely discharged and it is a luxury for city riding.😊
@@shashankrao8791 Well the guy from CyclingAbout rides a lot on Rohloff. Big adventures on gearboxes. Maybe not the electronic shifting version, but I don’t see why you couldn’t do touring on the e-bike version. It would have to be extremely remote to not have anywhere to charge. And I’ve ridden my heavy R&M Delite with the Nuvinci hub with an empty battery. It’s not easy but it’s not that hard either. As long as you shift down on the electronic shifter to a low gear before you run out, you can get where you need to go.

Can you keep your smartphone charged by plugging it into the hub ?

It's a marvel of a bike, I haven't seen one quite equal to this two-wheeled beast.
