My husband and I went plant based about 5 years ago. I really enjoy this channel but for even more meal ideas I recommend the blog monkey and me. Their food is healthy with so much flavor and they have tons of recipes.
You must have a metabolism through the roof 🤣. I would not be able to eat all you eat in a day (but of course, it is all healthy). Love watching your channel and your voice is so calming . ☀️

I'm not sure if any one else commented, when switching white flour to wheat flour, use less and a little more moisture. That way the dough is not so stiff.

I love the foods you eat! Looks like my meals! So real! I have vegan meats and sausages too! People judge me but I’m like, hey as long as I’m not eating animals, don’t judge me for making vegan burgers and enchiladas.! All my meals are cruelty free! Most of my meals are who,e foods and healthy, but once in a while I’ll eat a lil junk food(a la beyond meat burgers) , meat eaters ear so much worse yet they want to judge my meals!😱😱😱😱
Gosh I'm so jealous...I wish I could eat as much as you but, I'm menopausal and I'd just gain weight. I can't run because of osteoporosis. I'm feeling frustrated lately because of it. I wish I could indulge without a worry. I'm thin but, I don't want that to change..
This was definitely a season of my life when I was super hungry! But sometimes relaxing and not stressing about food allows our bodies to use it better. I hope you enjoy something yummy today!

I currently eat worse than an animal out of a trash can and it’s not helping. I can’t even stand long enough to make one of these things. You’re a great mom I envy your kids.

@@TheConscientiousEater I am nursing a 2 month old and 2 year old and find I do not have an appetite a lot of the time. I eat small portions of nutrient rich foods, like chicken/venison soup or an egg or two, an avocado, real cream in my coffe maybe 2wice a day and feel content or have to make myself eat. Maybe try supplementing some fatty acids and other nutrients. Its not good to hear someone say they are "so hungry" but then serve tiny portions of foods that lack nutritonal value/calories. That to me indicates some type of disorder.
I don't think her portions seem small....also she is adding flax (omegas) and pb (fat+protein) to a lot of things. Some people just have a higher metabolism and it's true that vegans (myself included) have to eat more often because our food is higher in fiber and tends to run through the digestive system a bit faster. I also didn't take her saying she's hungry a lot as a complaint either; it's almost a bonus as a vegan to he able to eat lots of yummy food and not worry so much about fat, cholesterol etc. You're not going to convince someone to eat nonvegan with lowkey microaggression suggesting she is somehow lacking... I personally find all these videos super helpful!

I do have a fast metabolism, even more so when I’m nursing! It’s slowed down a little now that I’ve weaned my son, but yep. Still eat a lot!

You mention you are "so hungry" a lot. Maybe something is missing from your diet?
Mainly it’s due to nursing!
