- The Ghost is the smallest vehicle in the Rolls-Royce lineup. On the outside you will be greeted by a bespoke two-tone paint job, 21in wheels and suicide doors. On the inside you will be greeted by a full leather interior, star gazer headliner and special gauge cluster. When you use the umbrella and pop it back in the socket on the door what happens? Does it have a drying system or does it get moldy if u dont let the umbrella dry first?
I never thought of that until I saw this comment. That is a seriously good question.

It should have a dryer built into it too so your umbrella will get dry and the water will drain outside and it should come supplied with a chauffeur

Rolls Royce always kills it, what did you expect.
As someone who has been in both the most recent Maybach and a ghost that was just a year or two old, the RR is so much better. Nothing else is built like them. Nothing else feels like them to drive. The Maybach is a budget version imitating what RR does perfectly, and there is a market for that totally! It’s awesome car, but doesn’t carry near as much weight, literally and figuratively, as the Rolls-Royce brand and vehicles.
But the reason prices are so much higher for RR is because no one else does what they do - they set a price at a level that is commensurate with what the clientele want - exclusivity, the best of the best, craftsmanship… something that is in short supply these days, so prices go higher - naturally. RR is RR’s competition.
I totally agree, the only competitor of RR is RR themselves.
RR does have the best finishes and a great drive, also the brand name BUT there is no car on earth more tailored to the passenger comfort than a Maybach. The Maybach has had features for years that RRs are just now getting. Maybach is the best value luxury car on earth. And I say this being a RR lover
Don't agree,to my eyes RR are so old fashioned,I like the futuristic Maybach interior as a 28 years old man..I would also argue Bentley has the quality of RR and the touch sportiness and futurism,for example I would take the continental gt speed every day over a RR wrath or a amg gt
If you want sporty and futuristic have a look at the electric RR Spectre

What makes a car worth the money is how it makes you feel but paying 400K, that is a lot of dough. There was a time that if you wanted the best you got a Rolls. However, the competition today is way better and a lot cheaper. The Mayback comes to mind. Anyway, Wonderful car just ditch the whitewalls. Cheers!!
Rolls Royce still makes airplane engines. It's a separate company from the car maker

The Rolls is better than the Maybach simply because it could never be mistaken for a MB S Class. For people with money, that's more than enough for them.

Yeah the whitewalls gotta go. I believe the Black Badge package takes care of that. The way to go in my opinion. Still a spectacular, luxury over the top car I'd love to be able to drive or ride in one day.

Great review. Nice to see it looking like a Roll again. For a while it looked too much like a BMW. Not loving that color, and I couldn't be comfortable with all that white in the interior. I'd probably choose black, the classic silver, or green, if they have that classic British Racing Green. Definitley this over a Bentley or a Maybach. But I think I'd go with the new electric Spectre. That model is something else in the looks department😊

I love the tactile dash of this Royce , magnificent knobs that transcend time, the pull feature for HVAC is genius, both practical and aesthetically pleasing , but the price demands the product , if I were Musk, I’d build an electrified version

The smallest Rolls Royce is actually the Spectre, which is the coupe.
That one is also electric and it gets charged on a garbage charging network full of bugs . For example I have heard of that network being limited to 50kw or offline as well. It whould be better if it was using the telsa port.
