      He hates them. More stuff to carry around, more stuff to pick up when making a move, and just another thing to spook a turkey. If you are going to use them use a really nice one. They are only really useful when you are hunting wide open spaces where they might otherwise be weirded out coming into a spot they can see clearly where they’ve heard calling and yet they can’t see a turkey. If possible, set up in a way that they can’t see the area that is within shooting range so that when they finally get close enough to where you’ve been calling from, it’s already to late for them.     Would u guys suggest any public lands for good Osceola hunting?

      We don’t spot name, the good spots are hard to find. But I will say, they all hold turkeys and if you put boots on the ground, you can get on em

    I’ve heard that oceolas don’t really cut when they yelp is that true?

      No not really, but they just aren’t very vocal to begin with
