      250 US Dollars for a gauge!? It's outrageous....
      I really hope they can offer better than that because 250 USD is what I am ready and I've paid very good decks... it's completely out of question to buy such a gauge at that price for me. Thanks anyway for the tip... as more people buy the darn thing chances are price will gradually drop.

      @@hifirulezzz Thanks, how close are these Chineese gaugus spec wise? I know that the original gauges were produced with extremel accuracy.
      Is your gauge also from China?

      @@RolandDuursma I paid around $100 for my gauge and I was happy to have it, as this was the only option then. In the link there is a variety of multiple gauges between $60 and $250. Your choice. The main point of gauge is to have thickness to match the tape position on the heads. It should not be extremely precise, I think it can tolerate 0.1 mm. Main point is to have both tape guides on the same level. Cheers.
