Is this the dam in Clarksville/Louisville? If so, the bites been great the past month i was just there a couple weeks ago. Plan on going again this week
In my opinion those small saugers are what mess up the walleye population in the Ohio river.... They should let us keep the 13" inchers to let the walleyes breed better ...

I tried to find this hydro dam on Google Maps. No luck. This was a good spot to shore fish.
