I have a subscription to WODPrep university and the material is superb! Can't wait to go to the next CF Games and meet Ben and the WODPrep gang in person. I love the videos and the teaching. They are some of the best there is!
Ok, I get it, it's just for competition, but what's the point of doing it like that in the first place? Why not compete a strict pull ups? Or is it like an american thing that has to be different from the rest of the world?
Why do Olympic lifters "jerk" the weight up above their head instead of strict pressing? Not everything has to be isolated. Whole body movements are also good for you.

I m loving it thanks for all the good vidéos and the good advice .Hi from france
So my basic question is, if you are a beginner and started doing crossfit, will this movement help with strength gains at all?
No. He says at the very beginning to get 5-6 strict pulls ups and then learn kipping pull ups before even thinking about butterfly pull ups.
really enjoy these helpful videos! Don't worry about the tank top, looks good. lol Or just take it off!
One “cue” my coach likes to give me is “don’t look at me”. What does she mean? She doesn’t elaborate further on that.

honey, what are doing watching a progression for the movement if you don’t like it then?
All would be well if instead of pull-ups we just called it "get chin over bars"
I wish this video was shot from the side 😢
Who is here because of Majorie green ?
Step 1, do not do butterfly pullups
If it doesn’t develop muscle then it’s pointless
I think if you see the video properly he clearly mentioned that this is for sport purpose only and not for muscle building
People line ‘bloody wolf’ never actually watch videos… they are just experts that couldn’t do a two
Its an advanced CF competition movement. Anyone else should definitely get their strict pullups first
I love your videos!
