Made it today. Took me an hour and a half. Used azek for top boards. Watching this made it super easy. I used a 1.5 in hole saw in drill. Fit perfectly. Thx fir video
Tried to send pic but don’t know how. Looks great, really solved a dilemma. I was bungy cording the umbrella to my deck rail and it tore the bottom out of its stand. Now I have a stand and great place for drinks and snacks. And looks good too. I am no carpenter but I followed your video and made it very quickly

I made top boards 30 in. And took 5. A 2 in border all the way around. Wife actually had nice things to say and liked white top
