@@ogdiscgolfer Yeah, I remember playing in the summer on a 90+ degree day and there was fresh water jugs at several holes, etc. Truly impressive course maintenance considering its just a side gig for them. Would honestly love to see a version of it that could pair with Maple Hill for a Worlds.

I wasn't a huge fan of Ganon the first time I saw him but that was on pro Tour coverage, And he just seemed so serious, but then seeing him just out having fun and stuff like the putting game, and now this, totally different guy and such an amazing sense of humor, just hilarious. The little segment with the scarecrow catch had me laughing so much!

Darn you! I was coming here to say that, and now I can't because you did it first... I started an entire tutorial on how wind affects stability depending on direction, elevation, temperature... And I have so many people try to argue with me that I'm wrong because they think they have experienced their disks flying more stable when it's cold, but the reality is they are so bundled up they don't realize that they are throwing slower and that is what is affecting the stability, but an equally thrown disc at the same speed is going to be more understable simply because physics exists. Now go delete your comment right now so I can be the smart one 😂
Except that it's frequently windy when playing in winter. And with fewer leaves, it behaves differently than in summer. So, good luck with your calculations..... Edit: Oh, and no leaves to help indicate the wind direction.
@@playdg that's irrelevant to the point... Cold air is denser, so discs will fly more understable as more air passes the flight plate. Wind is a completely different factor. A headwind makes a disc more understable because more air passes below the flight plate relative to the speed, and a tailwind causes a disc to be more overstable because less air is passing. Throwing a disc at 60 mph into a 20mph headwind will be the same flight as if the disc was thrown at 80 mph, because that is the speed relative to the air. And in a 20 mph tailwind, if will be like a 40 mph throw. But in both cases, it will still be more understable in the cold, because there's more air in general passing the flight plate.

I always found Gannon to be pretty serious in videos but seeing him play with you and really loosen up, made for a great video. Good to see you getting him to show his personality. Definitely need to make another video happen at Maple Hill and hopefully also see you two on a lead card battling it out. You'll always be Discmania to me Simon. Also love the idea of a Pro Tournament 3 disc challenge even if it were just for fun or charity event maybe
