Hansi flick tactic please But he tried to master his ideas very much, even if it requires you to analyze his thoughts and tactics for a whole week, I have no problem. I want the realistic Flick tactic.
@chairsmissing apart from de jong he pretty much did get the players he wanted... 85 mil for Antony 70 mil for casemiro, 60 mil for Martinez and so on. 75 mil for Rasmus hojlund
@BromSquadGaming I'm not really sure he wanted Casemiro, I always saw him as a De Jong alternative. Plus Zirkzee and Ugarte didn't feel like his signings. And the reserves were still filled with players from previous projects. I'm talking about an entire squad with ETH signings, how would that look like and how far would it get. I've been running my own projects and it usually takes me 4 seasons til I win the prem.
@chairsmissing I don't really know how it could have turned out. I desperately wanted eth to succeed, and I feel like he was treated reall6 badly by the media and somehow the fanbase. I think the biggest issue was his training routines. It's been kinda proven by the fact that there haven't been many injury issues since amorim has come in.
@@BromSquadGaming I had followed his Ajax side alot since that 2019 UCL run, and I actually believe the squad he left right before he joined ManU was even more exciting than the UCL side. Proactive football, quick transitions, focus on young players - it ticked all the ManU boxes so I was really happy to see him at the Stredford End instead of Poch. And if you think abt it, despite all his shortcomings, he's been the most successful head coach we've had since Mourinho, judged solely by silverware. I'm incredibly disappointed in how it ended with ETH, but I'm also very excited in what Amorim has to offer. It doesn't seem like it right now, but maybe Amorim's the one to take us to the promised land.
@@chairsmissing I do hope so with Amorim but only time will tell and if INEOS can back him accordingly that would be great too. ETH's biggest issue was the media being consistently on him for the signings the club made that we really poor and how he wasn't able to communicate his points across clearly, of course it's a language thing but the British media were very unfair to him, last season united had 75 plus injuries and people blamed ETH, this season Ange has similar issues at Spurs and the media is using the injuries for the poor form of spurs (which is correct, Spurs are in the situation they're in because they're missing most of their team and can't rotate properly). It's just funny to me how its different agendas for certain teams.

@chairsmissing apart from de jong he pretty much did get the players he wanted... 85 mil for Antony 70 mil for casemiro, 60 mil for Martinez and so on. 75 mil for Rasmus hojlund
